Task 2 Complete the ‘Safety Signs ID’ questionnaire (in readyskills) Task 3 Complete a JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and Toolbox talk (In ready Skills) Task 4 Complete the “material and tool list” (In ready Skills toolbox talk) Task 5 Complete and sign the site assessment / demolition plan including scope of work and reference to relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practice. This will be done with your assessor at the construction zone (barn) Task 6 Complete and sign the SWMS to list the steps of the demolition, identify the hazards, assess the risks and note controls. Task 7 Prepare the site with appropriate signage and barricades, and waste management provisions. Task 8 Safely and effectively support and prepare the load bearing wall for demolition Task 9 Correctly remove the load bearing structure and build the new opening with all framework required (Collect and upload photographs into readyskills). Task 10 Clean-up work site, materials and tools, complete all uploads to ready skills as required
