Context
The Big House company have received some venture capital to bring new products
and services to try and disrupt the property market.They’ve recently spun up a
new team and they have been given the mission of “Cut out the estate agent!” They
plan to build a system that links potential buyers with property sellers to agree a
fee before pulling in solicitors to complete the transaction.The team comprises of a
Product Owner, 3 back end developers, a dedicated front end developer, a user
experience designer and a tester. They are also supported by an Agile Coach.

They are also supported by an Agile Coach.
