The Youth acts project in Macedonia aimed to address high emigration rates of educated youth and declining research workforce. They partnered with universities to raise awareness of industry careers among 240 university and 100 high school students. Activities included workshops, courses led by industry experts, science and art clubs, an online material sharing platform, and job projects to engage youth and address employment difficulties. The ultimate goal was to create a global movement to retain educated youth in the country.
