The 11th International Conference on Teaching, Education and Learning (ICTEL) was held on September 19-20, 2016 in London and organized by the Association for Development of Teaching, Education and Learning (ADTEL) and Global Research & Development Services. Many international delegates from various countries participated in the conference. Scholarships were provided to promote student and researcher participation. Major topics discussed included papers on curriculum alignment between high school and university mathematics in Turkey, English medium instruction in Vietnamese universities, and an exploratory factor analysis of organizational citizenship behavior. Best paper awards were given to papers on optimizing viewer comprehension through PowerPoint formatting and cooperation in work-oriented higher education learning.

Thi Thuy Nhung Le for paper titled ‘English Medium Instruction in Vietnamese universities: Trend or
triumph?’ Affiliated to (School of Education, University of Newcastle, NSW, Australia)
Dr. Pintu Kumar Maji presented paper titled ‘An Exploratory Factor Analysis of the Organisational
Citizenship Behaviour Scale’ Affiliated to (King Saud bin Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia)
Best paper awards are given in each GRDS International Conference to the participants with best scholarly paper
submitted and presented at the conference. In this conference, Best Paper Award was given to paper ‘Optimizing
Viewer Comprehension and Shaping Impressions and Attention, Through the Formatting of Content in Tools like
Microsoft Powerpoint’ submitted by Bruce Hilliard from (Murdoch University, Australia) and paper ‘Cooperation in
Work-Oriented Learning in Higher Education’ submitted by Laureano Jiménez(Departament d’Enginyeria Química,
Universitat Rovira I Virgili, Av. Països Catalans, 26, 43006-Tarragona, Spain)
