From a young age I have always been the disciplined, active, explorer, and overcome
every obstacle type of guy. Which still matches up with what I want my personal
Brand to be recognized as well. I see myself as a huge asset to a future company with
my work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to complete the job correctly no
matter what. I want to learn every skill it takes to become a camera operator as well
as what it takes to produce a great broadcast. I see myself starting out with a sports
broadcasting company and learning each skill and working my way up. My big vision
it to eventually start up my own broadcast company that will film local High School
sports. I want to be able to provide a way for the local community to watch there local
students compete through a well produced show. This vision came from being a
diehard sports fan my whole life and not really knowing what I wanted to do in life,
but I knew I wanted to work in sports eventually.

When assigned my work I go about it with a conquering type of
mentality. No task is to big ad no task is insignificant. I go about
everything with a properly planned out plan and execute it with
confidence and accountability knowing that it must be done the
proper way. Its important to stay in the moment and not worry
about the next day or day before. Do what your trained to do and
work hard. I believe that this is what sets me apart from others. Its
very important to be planned and communicate with others about
the plan.

  • 2. IDENTITY Picture of You Goes Here From a young age I have always been the disciplined, active, explorer, and overcome every obstacle type of guy. Which still matches up with what I want my personal Brand to be recognized as well. I see myself as a huge asset to a future company with my work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to complete the job correctly no matter what. I want to learn every skill it takes to become a camera operator as well as what it takes to produce a great broadcast. I see myself starting out with a sports broadcasting company and learning each skill and working my way up. My big vision it to eventually start up my own broadcast company that will film local High School sports. I want to be able to provide a way for the local community to watch there local students compete through a well produced show. This vision came from being a diehard sports fan my whole life and not really knowing what I wanted to do in life, but I knew I wanted to work in sports eventually.

No task is to big ad no task is insignificant. I go about everything with a properly planned out plan and execute it with confidence and accountability knowing that it must be done the proper way. Its important to stay in the moment and not worry about the next day or day before. Do what your trained to do and work hard. I believe that this is what sets me apart from others.   • 5. GOALS Short Term: Hired into a Entry Level Position within a Broadcasting Company. I will apply to at least 1 company per week, each month after graduation. I will follow up with each company I have applied to each week to keep my name floating in the minds of the Hiring Director. Mid Term: 2 • I want to have a complete understanding of the entry level position im in and to be apply to move up within the company when opportunities open up. ‣I will keep a record of all of the applications and follow up. If I was not offered the position I will learn what I need to work on to better myself for the next opening. Long Term: 4 • I want to become a Producer. ‣Within 4 years of graduation I want to be in the position that Im shooting for and to be fully engaged in my long term career position.
