This document provides an overview of MTA World and their mission of radical education and entrepreneurship. It discusses: 1) The history and origins of MTA World in the 1950s with the Mondragon Group in Spain and the 1990s with Team Academy Finland. 2) MTA World's goals of rebirthing entrepreneurial spirit through team cooperatives and creating an international community of team entrepreneurs. 3) How MTA World achieves this through their approach of team entrepreneurship and coaching rather than traditional classrooms and exams. 4) MTA World's vision of transforming 20,000 people and creating "MTA companies" by 2020 through their global labs and learning ecosystems.
