Naviance is a web-based resource for students, parents, and staff that supports post-high school career and college planning. It allows students to request letters of recommendation from teachers, search for colleges and scholarships, build resumes, and take career and personality inventories. Students can access Naviance using their username (lastname+firstinitial+lunch number) and password (last five digits of student ID +00). The site guides students through exploring colleges and careers that fit their interests and abilities.

and password.
6. This is the welcome page…the page will stay the
same unless the guidance department changes
the welcome message for students and families.
7. College tab allows student to begin to look for
colleges that fit them best. They have the ability to list
their college with a comparison tool. Scholarship
search will also available in the next year.
8. Each of the tabs on left can be populated to help
search for a college that fits your student. It will help
guide you in determining the likelihood of your
student being admitted into specific colleges.
9. The Career tab allows the student to begin learn a
little more about themselves. From personality types
to possible career interests.
10. The About Me tab allows the student to see their profile which includes
college list, personality inventory, career inventory, resume, documents
uploaded (such as recommendation letters) to working goals or tasks that
were listed by the student or guidance counselors.
11. The My Planner tab allows student to keep track of all
requirements. Things such as college application or
scholarship deadlines, tasks that have been assigned by
themselves or a counselor. This is an online planner for
students.
