Strengths and develoment.
One of my strengths as a teacher is my ability to prepare my materials according the
topic. I think they allow students internalize the knowledge more easily.
Other of my strengths is pronuntiation for which use differents activities to get in my
students the correct pronuntiation and stress of the words .
During the session on teacher training methodology I realized that to make a lesson plan
has to consider students as the main actor. Topics must be develope according to the
interest, expectations of the students and contextualized their reality and necessity to get
the students stay engaged and focused of learning.
Considering the sequence of a lesson plan step by step.
Each stage of a lesson plan must be engaged each other (lead in , set gist task, set detail
task, gramar to focus of meaning, gramar to focus on form, gramar to focus on
pronuntiation, control practice and free practice) using different techniques,strategies
according to develop topic.
I personally think that all skills are important but We decided to focus on Reading
because is vital that students comprehend or understand what they are reading they
must be able to get the meaning of the text.
Teaching productive skill (speaking , writing) are very important because the students
have to produce writing or spoken language applying the stateges in a reading lesson:
Eliciting ideas
Highlighting lexis and their meanings.
Predicting text u ordering jumbled, paragraphas, listening Reading comprehension by
applying these stages to measuare whether or not the students have achieved the lesson
aims.
This productive stage is value because allow the students exchange information
communicatively. They talk in order to communicative, not just to practice the language.
Now I can see why motivating students are important to get this aspect to créate
learning activities that are base on topics that are relevant to the students .
Using tecnology like (ipod, cell pone, videos,etc)
Using well designed, open-ended questions.
Motivation must be represent at all stages of development of lesson plan.

2. Teaching practice
To structure our lesson plan first decided the level then the topic considering the
context of the student.
We develop each stage the lesson plan taking strategies and tecniques learnt during
teacher training.
One thing I realized while planning my lesson was taking planning my lesson plan was
taking account real life topics and activities.
The instructions given during the development of the sesión must be clear.
All the students should be involved in the activity that is working.
A technique I would like to try in the future is CCQS to teach grammar this technique is
something new and interesting for me.
This technique allow students to develop their own knowledge.
Impact on your future teaching
This training teacher gives me the opportunity to improve the level of teaching of a
foreing language (English).
The topics learnt in this course are going be development in my sessions.
I will investigate more about these topic to reinforce my knowledge and also transmite
the students and colleages.
