2. • I’m Blare Wornhor, and I am transferring to Stephen F. Austin State University in the spring to get my
bachelors in Human Resources Management.
3. • I want to be an active participant in our political system, because I want to make sure that my voice is
heard. So many people complain about our government, yet they don’t do anything about it.
• I believe that the right to bear arms needs to stay in place and never be taken away.
• I think that the minimum wage rate needs to be raised to a higher amount.
• I also believe that there needs to be a change to standardized testing.
4. DEATH PENALTY
• This semester I learned a lot about the death penalty. I never knew that this process could be so
expensive.
5. POLITICAL ISSUE
• A political issue that I believe is important to future generations is the right to vote. I believe that
everyone should be able to voice their opinions and they need to do so.
6. IMMIGRANTS
• Immigrants play a huge role that Texas plays in the federal government. There are so many illegal
immigrants in Texas, and this can only cause problems in the future.
7. I HAVE LEARNED
• By taking this course I have learned that we need to get involved with interest groups to make a change.
Our education systems definitely need more funding to better the future for the future generations.
