Empathy forms the basis of sensing and grasping the 
world around us. 
Empathy enables context. 
To create something of true value we must understand 
why we do it and for whom.
2. Focus 
In order to do a good job of those things that we decide 
to do, we must eliminate all of the unimportant 
opportunities. 
Focus enables us to keep our minds at the task at hand 
without forgetting about its cause.
3. Impute 
When we communicate we must not only care 
about what we convey but also how we convey it. 
In order to impute we must understand whom we 
communicate with and why. 
Grasping why, who, how and what enables clarity.
4. Kaizen 
Kaizen (改善), Japanese for continuous improvement. 
We strive for greatness in what we do. 
We are here to help others become better at what they 
strive for. 
Kaizen is the journey to greatness.

Humility is about understanding that the world does 
not revolve around us but that we revolve around the
