 Build the business:
  Make sure everyone in the value chain survives!
  Offer attractive prices to the end customer

 Economy of Scale
 Reduce zoo of technologies + few technology companies serve high
 volume (e.g. one DRM backend for multiple retailers, DRM middleware,..)

 Optimize the user experience
 Offer high quality, don’t restrict use, let content flow!

 Review traditional business models
 Make (all) content available, listen to customer’s needs!
 E.g. Adapt release windows (Pirated movies are available prior release date!);
 There are no longer platform/bearer specific customers (e.g. only cable,
 only TV)

Optimize the user experience Offer high quality, don’t restrict use, let content flow! Review traditional business models Make (all) content available, listen to customer’s needs! E.g.
