1. We used Montague editing for Reigate Road.
Montage editing is the juxtaposition of

2. As it is a Montague editing we used the x-ray effect to give that
distorted feeling. As well as the black and white effect to make it
looks like as she is getting watched by CCTV with a long shot through
the hallway also we wanted a dark themed background. From our
clip you can tell we filmed it in a school or college environment.

3. We used the fast forward effect here to give information
to the audience that something is going to happen. We
filmed this around the woods, because, we thought that
the woods is a very mysterious scenery and thought it
will fit well for are Montague.

4. We used the green lime effect which added a creepy mysterious
look about the clip and the character as she looks like she's curled
up in a ball and her clothing is black, the colour black associates
with evil, and mystery which will give the audience information
that she acts inhumanly.

5. Since Montague editing usually has themes, we decided too shoot this
scenes as it connotes loneliness as the individual is by herself. The
fact that we cant see her face gives information that she’s not an easily
approachable person. We wasn't able to edit this clip as well as we
could as you can still see the light of the sun on her jumper we tried to
change the saturation of the colours to give it a dark scene.

6. In our Reigate Road opening sequence e used a lot of non-digetic
sounds such as the phone breaking up sound, strong winds, metal
hitting together, we done this to make our audience feel uncomfortable
and to add that mysteriousness effect. We also used digetic sound by
using footstep and students speaking around the corridors but you
couldn't see them, we done this because it gives actual sound which
the character and audience be able to hear.
