18.  This solution presentation is proposed based on off the self components available with Baryons.
 Any New Services required by the School can be added upon specific request.
 The proposal which follows is based on the discussion with the Management and Stakeholders.
 The customization and deployment work will commence with the award of the Purchase Order.
 During the Implementation, the school shall appoint a Single point of contact (SPOC) for
clarifications and decisions as required.
 As part of Implementation, 2 round of User Training sessions shall be conducted.
 Any queries raised by Baryons shall be answered within 2 working day
 Sign off from the customer of the deliverable shall happen within 5 working days of delivery.
 Change in any of these assumptions may impact the project time lines, cost and deliverable.
