Career Objective
Oratile Monareng is a Public Administration Graduate. Who started his career working for
TEACH South Africa as Ongoing Support intern, during my tenure at TEACH South Africa I
had an opportunity of working with diverse people across all backgrounds and ethnic groups .
During this period I managed to acquire numerous skills which included both soft and
interpersonal skills which contributed in my career growth path, a large amount of my key roles
and responsibilities compromised working with various stake holders within the organization in
an effort to address the education in equality that persist in our country especially in the area of
Maths, Science, English and Information Technology, In an effort to address these persisting
challenges, the organization decided that I will form part of the TEACH Recruitment and
Selection team upon completing my internship with the Ongoing Support Department, the
Recruitment and Selection department focused on recruiting and selecting top performing
university graduates across all Universities in the country. I will like to see my self adding value
for my next employer as I believe it’s something that I should be employed towards, for which
I do demonstrate.

About TEACH South Africa
TEACH South Africa is a public benefit organization led by the South African business
community. In an effort to address the educational achievement gap that persists in the country,
TEACH South Africa decided to be part of the solution by placing highly skilled and motivated
recent university graduates in the classroom. Through our intensive training and support, we
equip non education graduates with what is needed to be a successful educator. TEACH
Ambassadors are placed at disadvantaged schools to teach for a period of two years. TEACH
South Africa operates through strong collaboration with key partners including corporates,
government at national, provincial and district levels, NGOs and similar initiatives.
Key Responsibilities under Ongoing Support department
 Data Capturing elaborate on duties of a Data Capturer
 File confidential information of employed candidates of the company
 Write minutes of the meeting
 Communicate with various stake holders
 Assisted in workshop and training operation
Key Responsibilities under Recruitment and Selection Department
 Assist in the development and implementation of a recruitment strategy
 Assist in the implement recruitment advertising strategy
 Support a team of campus campaign coordinators to build awareness at the various HEI’s
 Exploring ways of Streamlining the application process
 Maintain new relationships with HEI staff
 Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy
 Assist in the implementation of the selection process
 Selection Admin
 Assist with the organizing and execute of assessment days
 Assisting in managing and selecting tests
