HISTORY
Major players in the textile industry,
the two French industrialists who founded
AS International have accompanied the
major names in the industry (Indreco,
Devanlay, K Way, Maillefix, le Coq Sportif,
etc.) for the establishment of their quality
processes in Morocco since the 1980s.
Driven by their entrepreneurial passion and
supported by solid values of “Respect, High
Standards, Enthusiasm and Solidarity”, AS
International has over the years created
subsidiaries in Europe, North Africa, the
Middle East and Asia. In order to better
respond to the needs of its customers
AS International has formed reactive and
professional teams whose technical know-
how, expertise and relational qualities are
proven.
In 1995, AS International diversified into the
sector of non-food consumer goods (Home
& Leisure) in southern Europe and, in 2005,
adapted to new quality requirements by
creating a department of certified audits,
accredited laboratory solutions and control
platforms.
Recognised for its technical expertise in
the development of textile products, AS
International, in partnership with its clients
(distributors, brands and commercial and
industrial enterprises), now offers a wide
range of services that allows it to manage
quality throughout the entire “Creation -
Supply - Manufacturing - Logistics” chain
of production.
Today, on the strength of over thirty-five
years’ experience, AS International has
become one of the most important glob-
al networks of French expertise in textile
quality, established on 3 continents and in
more than 25 countries.

ETHICS
AS International is a family business for which
the links between people are simple and strong.
The policy pursued is a low level of staff turnover
and the creation of contacts within our team.
OUR COMPANY HARDLINETHEY TRUST US OUR SERVICES SOFTLINE WORK WITH US
CLAIM MANAGEMENT
An investigation is carried out for each claim.
TEAM MONITORING
RECRUITMENTS
Careful selection at recruitment is essential. A
training can start only following an initial aud-
it on fields and a verification of AS International’s
values acceptation and understanding by the
applicant.
SKILLS AUDIT & MONITORING
Our managers regularly travel to service sites to
validate the integrity of the work performed by
the technician.
PROXIMITY MANAGEMENT
The management is organized in a way that each
team manager visits each team member at least
one time every month and get daily connected
by phone and email.
SUPPLIER MONITORING
PHONING & MEETING
We regularly visit and call our suppliers to exchange
views and to address the ethics of our technicians.
Our technicians can in no circumstances receive
gifts, samples.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT INFORMATION
Following each service, together with the service
report, an acknowledgment information sheet is
signed by the concerned manufacturer.
PLANNING MONITORING
Our planning standard rules request team rotation
and report results comparing, for a same factory,
between different staff on a same period.
ETHICS
FUNDAMENTAL RULES
CONFIDENTIALITY
AS International strictly prohibits disclose of any
information or documents which the technician may
have known during the execution of this agreement.
SANCTIONS
In parallel of our Bonus policy, AS International set
up strict operation rules with immediate sanction in
case of any breach.
REMUNERATION POLICY
FAIR & STABLE
Our remuneration policy, is always higher than the
noticed average in the concerned field of expertise
and never include commission or variable salary.
Beyond the payment of the local Social Insurance
and Welfare, AS International also subscribes for
accident insurance.
EXPENSES
Team’s expenses are systematically refunded based
on real cost. Our staff also benefit from yearly bonus.

OUR COMPANY HARDLINETHEY TRUST US OUR SERVICES SOFTLINE WORK WITH US 300 EMPLOYEES OUR COMPANY THE MAP HISTORY Major players in the textile industry, the two French industrialists who founded AS International have accompanied the major names in the industry (Indreco, Devanlay, K Way, Maillefix, le Coq Sportif, etc.) for the establishment of their quality processes in Morocco since the 1980s. Driven by their entrepreneurial passion and supported by solid values of “Respect, High Standards, Enthusiasm and Solidarity”, AS International has over the years created subsidiaries in Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and Asia. In order to better respond to the needs of its customers AS International has formed reactive and professional teams whose technical know- how, expertise and relational qualities are proven. In 1995, AS International diversified into the sector of non-food consumer goods (Home & Leisure) in southern Europe and, in 2005, adapted to new quality requirements by creating a department of certified audits, accredited laboratory solutions and control platforms. Recognised for its technical expertise in the development of textile products, AS International, in partnership with its clients (distributors, brands and commercial and industrial enterprises), now offers a wide range of services that allows it to manage quality throughout the entire “Creation - Supply - Manufacturing - Logistics” chain of production. Today, on the strength of over thirty-five years’ experience, AS International has become one of the most important glob- al networks of French expertise in textile quality, established on 3 continents and in more than 25 countries.
