TRAINING
Some clients may require workers to receive extra or supplementary training before leaving the
Philippines. Subnet is accredited to various levels to deliver training and assessment. This training can be
as simple as training on particular laws, culture and expected behavior that the worker must understand
about the country or company he will work in before arrival or mobilization or as in depth as:
Procedures or safety training on particular factory or office practices.
Customer service related to client’s particular service in that country.
Engineering training such as welding for example, where Filipino welders need extra training on a specific
weld procedure and material using a certain type of welding plant.
Training for a recognized accredited certification.

ASSESSMENT
We have an in-house e-learning and assessment only system where we can assess personnel over the
internet even before any initial interview if needed.
We can also assess them further, in-house monitored by our assessors using state of the art assessment
software to question and assess their knowledge.
We can give clients access to the assessments and the grading remotely over the internet at the client’s
location.
We have practical assessment accreditation and training processes also to test practical skills and assure
clients of the workers qualifications.
Subnet is able and qualified to have the applicant welders take an online assessment regarding welding
symbols and safety to pre-qualify their knowledge of welding safety, drawings, and symbols before even
asking them to take a practical welding tests.
This assures clients of background knowledge and saves time and money in testing those not
experienced to a certain theoretical level.
Those who passed a certain required level of knowledge can take a practical welding test with Subnet
that is AWS accredited, to assess welder and test any weld to the client’s required standards..
In fact, Subnet is the only accredited AWS-Accredited Test Facility in the Philippines.
The assessment and test results can be passed to the client to make a selection of the available
personnel.
All or part of this process can be done for
many academic or practical job types not
just the welding example.

We can also assess them further, in-house monitored by our assessors using state of the art assessment software to question and assess their knowledge. We can give clients access to the assessments and the grading remotely over the internet at the client’s location. We have practical assessment accreditation and training processes also to test practical skills and assure clients of the workers qualifications. Subnet is able and qualified to have the applicant welders take an online assessment regarding welding symbols and safety to pre-qualify their knowledge of welding safety, drawings, and symbols before even asking them to take a practical welding tests. This assures clients of background knowledge and saves time and money in testing those not experienced to a certain theoretical level. Those who passed a certain required level of knowledge can take a practical welding test with Subnet that is AWS accredited, to assess welder and test any weld to the client’s required standards.. In fact, Subnet is the only accredited AWS-Accredited Test Facility in the Philippines. The assessment and test results can be passed to the client to make a selection of the available personnel. All or part of this process can be done for many academic or practical job types not just the welding example.
