Summary
A well-presented and pro-active offshore shift supervisor who has a relentless drive to have a
broad impact rather than just deliver results. Possessing experience of coordinating and
managing all offshore project activities with different WROV/Trenching systems during the
subsea installations and the project planning onshore, directing AHC cranes/winches on board
various DP vessels providing clear guidance and leadership to a team on board (surveyors,
deck foreman/riggers, ROV’s supervisors and DP officers). When on board able to held
operations kick off meeting, JSA assessment, Risk Assessment review, etc. Confident

Assist the OM and act in his behalf when off duty; supervising trenching and survey operations.
Conduct the assigned offshore operations, in strict accordance with equipment operational
procedures, project specific procedures and client written variation instructions. Direct the DPO
officers and Deck leader, surveyor's during trenching ops. Conduct safety briefings, tool box talks
etc, for all assigned personnel and sub contractor personnel, ensure all necessary training is
carried out and recorded in the training logs.

Assist the OCM and act in his behalf when off duty; supervise the offshore constructions, jumpers
and XTree’s installations & commissioning, HFL’s EFL’s installation/replacement, Export lines
