SENY Ltd. is a private company, established in 1994 by dipl. eng. Sergey Vasilev and dipl. eng. Angel
Anegnostiev - presidents of the company with long time experience as ship chief engineers.
With its head office in Varna - the sea capital of Bulgaria - and a branch office in the town of Rousse,
SENY Ltd. is nowadays one of the major industrial maintenance companies and ship suppliers covering
with its activities almost all of the largest plants and all Bulgarian Black Sea and Danube river ports.
The company is a listed member of the Bulgarian Association of Ship Suppliers (BASS) and the
International Ship Suppliers Association (ISSA). Being a pioneer in its field, SENY Ltd. was the first
ship chandler company in Bulgaria to be certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance to the
requirements of the international quality standard ISO 9001 in November 2000.
The Industry Service department of the company dates back to 1996, when SENY Ltd. entered the
Bulgarian market with high-quality non-asbestos gasket and insulation materials.

and certified to this purpose along with a team of employees trained to inspect and service modern safety
equipment to the requirements of all applicable standards.
