As a marine operational engineer I have gained experience in all aspects of management including safety,

as an interface between the Naval Department and Procurem ent Department for each project using SAP MM.
I carry out activities in order to:
Provide operational support to the vessel on a daily basis.Ensure all documentation is available and up to date.
Maintain the vessels Planned Maintenance System up date and checks it’s functioning and completion of the
tasks.
Coordinate and monitor the activities of a sub-contractors working on board the vessels. Ensure that the vessels
maintenance and equipment complies with the Class requirements.
Monitor weather conditions to ensure the safety of personnel and to optimize working time offshore. Proactive
involvementin the Monitoring, Management,Implementation Health and Safety Policy's/ regulations for the fleet.
Visiting the vessels at regular intervals and reporting on general condition, repairs and maintenance, crew
performance, safety, environmental protection, and any actions required.
Authorizing all necessaryvessel orders for stores, spares, repairs and survey within limits of authority to ensure
that the vessel remains adequately stocked for safe and efficient operation. Responsible for checking the cargo
manifest, organizing and participating in safe operations related to loading/unloading equipment and other
materials including dangerous, hazardous, chemicals goods, oil barrels, cutting skips, pipes, containers, food,
cleaning materials etc. Advise and assist crew on board in issuing Material Requisition, Stock List situation,
Chemical Situation, Lube Oil Situation, Diesel Oil Situation, Bunker Delivery Receipt, for deck and engine
department. Monitoring lubricating oil analysis and lubricating oil supply to the vessels. Experience in
