Interpersonal Communication Research Paper
It is very important to know that a change in one element leads to a change another. Interpersonal communication works as a circuit in a way. All the
different elements go around in a circle in order to successfully communicate.
An example is, if someone is told a message using a face–to–face communication channel. Then, the person repeats the message to someone else by
e–mail. This can change the way the message is received. Depending on the receiver, this can make understanding the message easier or harder.

While TV commercials is a large portion of the way Coca–Cola communicates message, it uses other methods as well. The company uses Social

Referring to our lesson, self–esteem is the collective way in which we regard ourselves, furthermore: self–esteem is central in how we communicate,
and affects how we converse with others. Example: if a person has low self–esteem they will not be as likely to add to a conversation, nor voice their
opinion during a debate, rationalizing that their opinion is not important. Addressing the second question; a person must be aware of how they are
communicating, using body language, facial expressions, in addition to the words being spoken. In communication if a person comes across as crass or
arrogant what they are stating will not be heard; rather: the listeners will be "hearing the tone and gestures," not the words. Communication is two–way,

effectively boost the speakers' self–esteem.
Originator, or sender of a message could become distracted by someone interrupting the conversation. Example: someone approaches two people
engaged in a conversation, the third party begins talking about something entirely different, improper behavior, however: it happens frequently.
Receiver, or listener (audience), listening to a message about a new house purchased by the speaker, suddenly realizes they left the garage door open at
their own home. The thought of garage is triggered by mention of new home being purchased.
Channel: while conversing on a cell phone, a motorcycle passes by the open car window of the receiver, effectively drowning out the senders' message.
Attending a speech, given by a local senator, the audience finds it hard to concentrate due to an echo in the large auditorium.
Recognizing the problem, the senator has all attendees move closer to the stage, turns off the microphone, thus alleviates the glitch, delivering a
well–received discourse.

Steganography is an ulterior, and lesser–known approach to private communication. Steganographic applications work by taking in three things: a
cover work; this could be a picture, an audio file, a video file, etc., a message to be embedded, and a stego key; we don't always use one but if we do it
is much like an encryption key. Steganography applications will then embed the message into the cover work. This is most commonly performed using
a method known as LSB embedding, which I will explain in detail.
LSB embedding involves taking the gray scale values of certain pixels, and making sure the LSB, or least significant bit is set to the bit value needed. If
we have a gray scale value of 51, or 00110011, and we need to have a 0 embedded at this pixel value, the application will simply change the gray
scale value to 50, or 00110010. If the grey scale value already ended in a 0 we would leave it as is. Within LSB embedding are three options for how
the pattern of pixels are chosen. The first method; which has the lowest form of security, is sequential. This method embeds the pixels in a sequential
manner, for example: left to right, top to bottom. The second method is pseudo (random). This method works exactly as it sounds and simply embeds
based on a random pattern, which can be initialized by the stego key provided. The third, and most secure, method is adaptive. Adaptive works

Case Study 2 Different type of message should be conveyed by using different strategies. There are three main categories for communication method
depending on its content (Communication Strategies, 2017).
Type 1: Mass communication
Mass communication is the method of conveying message using online resource such as email, newspaper and memos. It is considered as a
cost–effective medium since it allows all the participate to receive the information with least cost. However, the disadvantages of this method are it is
not personal as the employee might ignore the message to get the information. There is no feedback for the implementation of the method.
Type 2: Interactive Communication
This method requires feedback from the reader for interaction purpose. For example, the mediums for interactive communication are email for Q &A
pages, online chats and online discussion. Employees can ask questions using anonymous identity and this facilitates a two–way communication where
both parties can receive the information needed. The few disadvantages are it is very time–consuming and ineffective to spread the information as the
first method.
Type 3: Face to face communication
Face to face communication such as meetings, training session and forum allows the employees to receive valuable information directly from
in–charge person such as managers. Similar to type 2, it is also very time–consuming and ineffective to spread the news to a large population in a
shorter time and lowest cost.
A communication strategy is developed as below to ensure that all staff work as a team towards achieving goals organisational objectives.
1.Get all the employee involved by holding meeting and conducting annual employee survey.
2.Make employee updated by sending weekly email on company progress to each of them.
3.Keep the message to be transferred simple such as company notice and management arrangement to make it effective as all the staff can easily

a lot about a person from the way they express themselves in speaking and writing. To me the most important things that language does is it allows
anyone and everyone to communicate and connect with each other and it allows anyone everyone to make themselves heard. Language is a big

with my friends and family as close as my twin sister in Oxford Ohio, to as far as my cousins in London. My Uncle moved to England about ten
