founder, Michael Dell, the company is one of the largest technological corporations

direct-sales model and its "build-to-order" or "configure to order" approach to

2009 of Perot Systems, Dell entered the market for IT services. The company has
since made additional acquisitions in storage and networking systems, with the aim
of expanding their portfolio from offering computers only to delivering complete
solutions for enterprise customers.

search of the cheap input (raw material and labour). This makes easier for Dell to
produce products at a lower cost.

Key Responsibilities
Inside sales role, which primarily takes calls on an inbound phone queue and
sells direct to the consumer.
Responds to customer inquiries.
May direct customers to website or other company resources for information.
Works effectively in a team environment.
Principal Responsibilities Transactional focus
Typically assigned to a higher volume sales queue or specific segment
Entry -level representative, learning segment and product/service offerings
