This chapter introduces Roxie giving birth to twins, a boy named Liam and a girl named Lila, after divorcing her husband Jonah. Roxie moves in with her brother Eddie and his wife Hestia, who also have a son named Dionysus. Adonis is experiencing nightmares about a demoness and tells his wife Jade and friend Mokosh about the nightmares, including cryptic messages the demoness has given him. Mokosh reveals the messages are referring to events from 25 years ago involving Dalen becoming a full god, which strengthened his evil alter ego Diamos.

1. Chapter Five

2. This chapter will cover most, if not all of generation three. I took tons of pictures this time of
the kids hoping to make more of a connection with them this time. But first, we visit another
familiar character.
Graduation Day was approaching and Roxie couldn't wait to start her new life. Jonah finally
proposed to her, she had been waiting for this moment for four years and she was beginning to think
it would never come. With placeholders, Mitch Indie and his roommate moved in they could
concentrate on graduating. Roxie wanted a party, but Jonah said he'd rather just get the hell of out
here, his words not hers. So they didn't have a party and just left as soon as the cab arrived.

3. Jonah hastily signed the lease for their new apartment and left right after to go buy some
better clothes. Hip-Hopper was definitely not him and purple clashed badly with his hair he
said. Roxie didn't mind his look but he was unhappy with it so she kept quiet. She was
looking forward to exploring their new place, as small as it was; it was theirs.

4. As soon asJonah got back with his new threads they christened the bed in their new
bedroom. It was so much nicer to have a quiet place to just be a couple together without
all the noise of a college house. Roxie found a nice job working in Show Biz, her college
degree propelled her nicely ahead of the rest of the wannabes in line. Jonah found his
dream job as a Roadie working in the Music Biz, he wanted a head start on his goal to
become a Rock God.

5. However, their buzz as newly-weds wore off much to quickly when Roxie found out she was
pregnant.
Jonah: How can you do this to me Rox? I'm barely making a dent in the Music scene and you go
and get pregnant!!
Roxie: Excuse me, but you were there too you know. I happen to be thrilled about this.
Jonah:You're not keeping it!! I can't afford a kid right now.

6. Roxie:The hell I am!! I'm not killing our child Jonah!!
Jonah:You are determined to wreck my dreams aren't you?
Roxie: What about my dreams? Don't they matter? I had high hopes for this marriage and I
wanted to have something special like Eddie has with Hestia.
Jonah narrowed his eyes at the mention of Eddie's name.
Jonah: Don't speak of him in this house!!
Roxie: He's my brother!! And this is my house too!!

7. Jonah stormed off after that and he didn't return for two days. Roxie broke down in tears
as soon as he was gone, what's happening to her? She was supposed to be happy, she
was married, and having a baby. But Jonah hates everything about it, it's been nothing
but a tedious chore for him. So it wasn't surprising that he turned to the Matchmaker for
a release being the Romancer that he was. He purposely planned it so she would come
home and see him on a date with another girl.

8. Roxie: Jonah!! How could you do this to me?
Jonah: I told you; I don't want this kid or this marriage prison, I want to be free again.
Roxie: Well if you felt like this, why did you even go and propose to me in the first
place?
Jonah: Because you wouldn't shut up about it!! I was sick of your whining.
Roxie:You bastard....

9. Roxie: Fine, if that's what you want, I'm getting a divorce lawyer in the morning. I'll make sure to
take every pitiful penny you have you son of a bitch and you'll never see your child, ever.
Jonah: Oh be still my broken heart.
The sarcasm in voice was matched by his faked shocked reaction.
Roxie:You're a no talent scum bag; and you'll never make Rock God.
Jonah: Sticks and stones baby, be sure that the door doesn't hit you in the ass on the way out.

10. The divorce took a while to process, for some reason. A few weeks later however Roxie was officially
divorced and she had cleaned out the apartment. With no where else to turn she looked up Hestia's
family in the phone book, when she got there her little brother embraced her happily.
Eddie: Rox!! I'm so glad you're here!! And you're pregnant, wow.
Roxie smiled weakly but quickly lost her nerve and began to sob.
Roxie: Eddie, I was so stupid. Jonah was a first class bastard and I let him take advantage of
me....I--I divorced him a month after we got married.

11. Eddie: Roxie, don't cry.You're not stupid, just a little lost. Do you have somewhere to stay?
Roxie: No...I cleared out the apartment.
Eddie: Then stay with us, here. We've got all the room you need for you and the baby.
Roxie: Little brother...
Eddie: And you get to be here for our wedding, I was going to wait a little bit while I got my
career going but I realized I can't wait.

12. Hestia: Welcome home, sister.
Roxie: I can't believe I waited so long to meet you Hestia.
Hestia: Well things happen, but it's fine now you're here with people who love you.
Roxie: I don't know what to say, or how to thank you and your parents for letting me be here.
Hestia smiled warmly; "Just be here, that's all the thanks we need."

13. The next day it was finally time to officiate the GenerationThree's beginning. Hestia
looked around lovingly at the beautiful wedding her parents had planned for her then
over at her soon to be husband.The adorable blush on his pale cheeks reminded her of
just how much she loved him.
Eddie:Are you ready for this?
Hestia: I've never been more ready in my whole life.
Eddie:What are we waiting for then?

14. She looked out at everyone who had come to see her, her parents, her brother and sister,
even Nico had managed to make it here. She couldn't be more happy that everyone was
here for her big day.

15. They exchanged their vows and celebrated with some cake shoving. Poor Eddie barely
had time to react, he choked a bit on the buttercream icing.
Eddie: MRMMPHH!! Hestia, I had no idea you were a cake shover.
Hestia: Neither did I; are you okay?
Eddie swallowed and smiled. "I'll live."

16. Nico: Adonis, where have you been man? I haven't seen you in like ages.
Adonis: Oh you know, college, partying, getting married...you know stuff.
Daphne:You got married? Why the hell didn't you tell us?
Adonis: I didn't want to that's all. Besides, this is Hestia's big day.
Daphne: Do mom and dad know that you snuck off and got married?
Adonis: Um...

17. Daphne: Busted bro; they're gonna pound you.You know how Family types are about marriages.
Adonis: Don't blame it all on me!! What about you?
Daphne: What about me?
Adonis: Where's your man?Your Reias guy?
Daphne: I dunno, Tartarus?

18. Their little spat was cut short by the pained howls coming from Roxie. It seemed that
the baby decided it was time to show up in the middle of Eddie's wedding.
Roxie: Guys? Eddie? ANYONE? In intense pain here!!
Eddie: Rox? Oh gods, the baby!! Call 911!!
Hestia: Relax honey, you'll hyperventilate.

19. After a brief labour due to having many helping hands around, Roxie delivered two healthy
babies. A boy and girl that she named Liam and Lila. In the nursery she cuddled her newborn
son and gently rubbed his tiny back.
"Don't worry little Liam; we're safe here. No one will ever hurt you, not like I was hurt. I will
protect you and raise you right; better than my own parents did for your Uncle Eddie and I."
Liam yawned and closed his baby blue eyes, Roxie kissed his soft fuzzy head and lay him down
in the crib.

20. "Well you look like you need a nice nap too little Lila.”
She cuddled her daughter and sighed, she had Jonah's hair colour and his eyes. How can one that
she loves so much take after someone she hates? Roxie didn't want to think like that, her children
never have to know the monster that their father is she would raise them herself. She makes good
money, and she has a loving brother and sister in law to help out if she ever needed them, why
should they have to know what kind of man Jonah was? As much as she was grateful for Eddie and
Hestia letting her stay here with her twins, she knew that they had a legacy to carry on and would
need to have their own kids someday. With the three of them here, that left little room for anyone
else. Roxie would wait until the twins were older to move out, right now she needed the safety of
this house to raise them in.

21. As it turned out, Eddie and Hestia having a legacy to carry on came
a lot sooner than Roxie thought. Just before the twins' birthday she
got to meet her nephew Dionysus.
Eddie:This is your Aunt Roxie little Dion.
Roxie: Hello sweet pea, aren't you the cutest little thing?
Eddie felt a swell of pride, he smiled. "He looks like me, with
Alana's red hair and he has Hestia's emerald green eyes."
Roxie: He's beautiful little brother; I can't wait to see him playing
with his cousins.
Eddie: Me neither. I would love to have him grow up
with his cousins. Family is important to have in this
time, you never know what'll happen in their futures.
Roxie looked up at him, "You mean what you told me
about the God ofWar?"
Eddie nodded. "Yeah, Hestia told me about it a while
ago; what her family has to do to save this world and
all others."
Roxie: It all sounds so frightening; having to take on
the gods like that.
Eddie: Others have done it and lived to tell the tale,
there's always hope.

22. It was soon time for the twins' birthday, Roxie had to miss their transitions into toddlers
because of work. It tore her up inside to miss such and important event, but it was for
their benefit if she was ever going to make a good life for them. Hestia and Eddie proudly
took on the responsibility of helping their niece and nephew make it to the next stage of
life.
Hestia: Ready?
Eddie:Yep.

23. Lila transitioned first, she grew up beautifully. She was a messy little girl, but very
outgoing and neat. She was a little bundle of energy and didn't like to sit still very long.

24. Her twin brother was a messy little tyke as well, outgoing and playful but he had a mean
streak. He did like the new llama rider that Eddie had gotten him for his birthday, his
squeals of laughter lit up the house.

25. However, all was not bliss for Adonis.The night of his sister's wedding had been a tremendous strain on him,
he never told them what was going on or that the nightmares had begun to affect him. He couldn't sleep
soundly anymore and it showed in his eyes, they were surrounded by dark circles. His wife Jade had asked
him about it once and he told her that it was just severe allergies, it was lame and it almost didn't work but
she never questioned him further about it. Right now he had other things on his mind, like woo-hoo. It always
made him feel better and Jade was always up for it being Romance like him, they were the perfect three-
bolter couple.
Jade: So how bout some fun?
Adonis: Always, you know me too well baby.

26. After their fun time, Adonis fell back into the same nightmare. It was her again, the hideous purple skinned,
green haired demoness.
"What do you want? I'm so sick of this night after night!! Just tell me what the hell it is you want with
me!!"
She grinned, her yellowed teeth baring at him. "You don't know, you don't know...."
"WHATTHE HELL DOESTHAT MEANYOU CRAZY BITCH??!!"
"The Sins of the Past must be absolved."
Adonis let out a roar of frustration, again with the damn riddles. He was about to say something when the
sound of the doorbell jerked him awake.

27. He groaned; so much for sleep. He pulled on
something to wear and trudged downstairs to the
door. He was a little surprised to see Mokosh standing
there on his doorstep.
Mokosh: Adonis, long time no see.You don't call,
you don't write, I was beginning to think you'd
dropped off the face of the Earth.
"I know, I'm sorry about that. It's just that I haven't
been sleeping right that's all."
Mokosh: And you look it too, Raccoon Boy.What's
wrong?
"It's nothing, really Mo.You don't have to concern
yourself with me."
Mokosh: Is that a joke? Cuz if that was a joke it was a
bad one. Don't lie to me, I know you too well buddy.
Adonis sighed; maybe it was time to tell them what's
been going on.

28. In the kitchen,Jade had made some lunch. He took a
seat and reached for his sandwich. Mokosh chatted a bit
with Jade before asking what he'd been dreading to tell
anyone.
Mokosh: So are you gong to tell us what's been going
on or not?
"I know, I know. I'll talk."
Jade: About what baby?What's wrong?
"My dreams, or rather lack there of. I've been having
nothing but nightmares ever since Senior year of
college, they're relentless and they torment me every
night. I haven't really slept in weeks."
Jade's jaw dropped and Mo nearly choked on her
grilled cheese.
Jade:Why didn't you tell us?Why didn't you tell me?
I'm your wife.
Mokosh: Do your parents and sisters know?
"No, and I don't want them to. I have to deal with
this alone.“
Jade: Baby, you're not alone though.We're here.
"A man has to be a man Jade; he has to be the
strength for his family, the support."
Mokosh snorted. "That's a outdated and vile attitude
Donny; this is the 21st century in case you haven't
noticed."
"Don't call me Donny; I hate that name."
Mokosh:Too bad; suck it up Donny.You're really not
being fair to us, to your wife, your family. We love
you and we want to help you.
Jade:Tell us about these nightmares, what are they
about?
Adonis nodded and thought of how best to begin.

29. "It always begins the same way, there's this purple skinned, green haired demon there who does
nothing but smile at me and speak in riddles. Though earlier today, before you came Mo, she said
something different."
Mokosh:What?
"She said the Sins of the Past must be absolved. I have no fucking idea what that means. It can't
be referring to my past, I mean Jade knows all about it and my sisters were there with me so it's
something else and I don't know what it is. So I demanded that she clarify it."
Mokosh:Was there anything else this demon said? Something you can remember off hand?

30. Adonis struggled to remember something, anything.Then it came to him, after the second time she talked about
the past.
"Get to the damn point!!What does that even mean?"
"Peaceful God, lost in time; forever drifting between life and death's
sweet embrace; past sins revolve around igniting the Fire God's wrath.
Despairing parent; lost child, innocent deaths at the hands of
Nature."
Mokosh dropped her sandwich; so that was it?
"You know what that crap means?"
Mokosh:Yes...I do. Because I was there when it happened.
"Well?Tell me already!!"

31. Mokosh took a breath, this was a painful memory
for her and it was one she would rather not share
but if it could help Adonis...
"It was about 25 years ago, we had just learned
that Ares had taken it upon himself to make Dalen
a full god. I knew that once Dalen had lost his
mortal half his powers and conversely those of
Diamos would be fully released. And given Dalen's
abilities and Diamos's intense evil and hatred,
that mean bad news for all of us. I was upset
about him being turned into a full god, it meant
that his personality would change and that
Diamos would also become stronger too."
Adonis: So what does that have to do with it?
Mokosh: It was after that, after Dalen became a full god.
Diamos used that new power to take over Dalen more and
more we had a hard time keeping Dalen out and in control
of the body. It was during one of those time when Diamos
was in control that it happened, a friend of ours another
half god namedAleidra, she had caught Diamos's eye and
he decided that he had to have her for himself. Only thing
was that she had this huge crush on Dalen.
Jade: And then what happened?
Mokosh: Now that Diamos and Dalen had the power of full
gods,Ares was ready to take the next step and name one
of them to be his successor as God ofWar. Ares chose
Diamos, which meant that Dalen would have to die or
cease to exist and Diamos would take full control of their
body as God of War. We learned that Ares had been
grooming Dalen all his life to become strong enough for
Diamos, he was using Dalen to get his evil twin.

32. "Dalen, you do know Ares is using you to release Diamos
don't you?"
"Yes, I know and I won't let him Mo. I won't let that
psycho roam free with full god powers..."
"I'm--I'm worried about you A-Bomb.What if he kills
you?"
"He won't, trust me.“
Adonis: I take it that all didn't go as according to plan?
Mokosh: No, it didn't.We were on our way to see the
Oracle to find out. Ares knew what we were up to, he
knew that Dalen being around others who were good
and pure of heart would make him stronger and as such
able to keep Diamos back; so we stuck to Dalen like
glue, myself, Leslie and even Reias for a short time until
we reached the Oracle. Only right before we got in to
see her Batalia showed up and we lost Dalen again.
Jade: So what does this have to do with Adonis's
nightmares?

33. Mokosh: Ares gave Dalen his sword, the sword of Ares is a very powerful and dangerous object and its power can
destroy the minds, bodies and souls of the ones who handle it. Dalen was inexperienced with it and the power of
the sword took control of him.That evil power gave Diamos the boost he needed and while acting through
Dalen, he killed Aleidra. Aleidra was the daughter of Hephaestus, the God of Fire. In his rage and grief over her
death, he made Mt. Etna erupt and it caused a great earthquake that split the city nearly in two. Many people
died during the eruption and subsequent earthquake.
Adonis:Why am I being punished for something my great-great grandfather did when he was an evil psycho?
Jade: And why now?What possible force can there be out there that can do this?
Mokosh: I have an idea of who, the Goddesses ofVengeance, the Furies.

34. Mokosh told him that she would find out who sent the Furies after him and that she
would get back to him in a few days. Mokosh had given him some answers to his
questions, that helped a bit in the meantime however, he had more important things on
his mind.The birth of his first child for example, he didn't really see himself as being
capable of being someone's father right now in his current state, though his fears were
put to rest as soon as he laid eyes on his new son...

35. Sebastian Elliot was born healthy and happy, he had inherited his mother's red hair and
blue eyes and his nose. Adonis made a vow that night, he would beat this thing and he
would make sure that nothing like what he went through would ever hurt his son or his
wife.
If one twin suffers, so shall the other.....

36. Daphne too had been experiencing strange dreams, though not as long or as intensely as
Adonis. Her dreams were all about one person, someone who identified himself as
Leukippos. She had never heard this name before, nor did she know why she was seeing
him in her dreams; either way though she wasn't about to let him push her around.
"Head's up Loser!!!"

37. "No!! Please not the face!!"
Daphne: I told you once before Loser, I don't take kindly to invasions of my dreams and I'm gonna show
you just what having two Nice points means.
"My name is Leukippos, not Loser."
Daphne: Don't care. I want you out of my head and my dreams and if I gotta pummel you till you're black
and blue I will.
"I can't leave, not after what I've been through to get to you."
Daphne: Like I care.

38. "I can't leave, not until the Sins of the Past have been absolved."
Daphne: Am I supposed to know what that means?
"Peaceful God, forever drifting between life and death's sweet
embrace; past sins revolve around igniting the Fire God's
wrath. Despairing parent; lost child, innocent deaths at the
hands of Nature."
Daphne: Huh?

39. *whack* "Don't worry, you'll have lots of time to figure it out. I'm not going
anywhere."
Daphne: OWWW!!You son of bitch!!You have no idea what you've done!!

40. Daphne: I'm gonna kill you!!! How dare you!!
"You gonna kill something that's not really there? I'd love to see that."
Daphne: What are you?
"Leukippos, I told you."
Daphne: That's your name, what are you?
"What am I indeed? How will you figure that out? Am I really here or are you just talking to
yourself?"

41. Daphne: Shut up!!You're here, I see you I can touch you, you're real!!
"Am I? Or is your mind playing tricks on you?"
Daphne: Quit it with your damned double speak an give me a straight answer!! WHATTHE HELL
AREYOU?
He smiled and said nothing; Daphne's blood began to boil, he was an irritating...whatever he was.

42. Meanwhile, back at the main house the first born member of GenerationThree was about
to leave toddlerdom behind and join the bigger world of being a child. He looked up at the
owners of the legs in front of him, they were all here to see him grow up.

43. After his transition he found out just how much fun it was to be a big kid. Fishing with grandpa was
one of the best things about it, he thought. Eventually he found that his true passion was art, all that
time playing on the xylophone had taught him that. Oliver told him that his Aunt Daphne loved her
art too.
Dionysus: So Aunt Daphne loved to paint too grandpa?
Oliver: Oh yes, she did. I haven't seen her paint in a while though, I wonder why.
Dionysus: Maybe she's busy, I get busy when I go to school and have work to do too.

44. Oliver: I wonder. Maybe I should call her and ask.
Dionysus:That would nice grandpa, I think she'd like that.

45. INTERMISSION

There will be some differences in these Redux chapters because I didn’t realize at the time how
some of them just end without really any reason. So I’ve removed a few pictures, as well as added
some and changed bits of dialogue and reordered the pictures I do have by splitting long text apart,
it doesn’t always fit on the slide. But overall the flow is improved I think with the new order of
things.

46. Ever since his talk with Mokosh and Jade, Adonis's dreams had changed. No longer did he see
things in only black and white but now they were coming to him in colour and while he was awake.
This time, however it was somewhat more disturbing than before gone were the ugly demon things,
replaced with new demonized versions of his family, namely himself and his sisters.
"By the gods, now what? I thought this was over with."
Demon Adonis: Hardly.You still haven't absolved the Sins of the Past.
"And just how the hell am I supposed to absolve the sins when they happened two and half
decades before I was even born?"

47. Demon Adonis:What do I look like?A Google answer box?
"Well since no one else seems to know, I only have you to ask. So tell me what to do."
Demon Adonis: If you want to make amends, seek out the one who holds all the
answers.
"Oh for fuck's sake!!!What's wrong with giving a straight, clear answer??"

48. Adonis had nearly reached the end of his rope, these damn nightmares were haunting him, tormenting him day
and night and there was no end in sight. All he got was another cryptic response from a demonized version of
himself.
Demon Daphne: Hey.
"Fuck off. Unless you've got some actual answers for me."
Demon Daphne: Is that anyway to talk to your twin sister?The one who always put up with your holier than
thou attitude as kids?
"You are NOT my sister.You're some nightmare thing."
Demon Daphne: I am what you make me to be.

49. "Right...“
Demon Daphne:You're almost there Adonis, so close to the end.
"And what does that mean?"
Demon Daphne: Seek out the one who has the answers.
"If you were actually real, I'd beat you up for giving the same damn cryptic reply thing as Demon Me did."
Demon Daphne: Sure you would, you love me and you know it.
"Get out."

50. He had little peace before the final demon appeared to him.
Demon Hestia: Hey little brother. How are you?
"Do I need to repeat myself? Beat it, unless you have actual answers that aren't vague."
Demon Hestia: I'm sorry about this, we aren't the ones in control. But I do have the answer you
want, if you care to listen.
Adonis raised a doubtful eyebrow: "Why should I believe you?"

51. Demon Hestia: As much as I look like a demon, I'm far from it.You know what the cause of these
waking nightmares is, Mokosh told you so.The Furies are deities ofVengeance but they have to be
summoned to use their abilities. Someone is behind this and you have to figure out who that is
before this torture will end.
"What did I say about vague answers?"
Demon Hestia: Do you not remember what your father told you when you were young? About why
he's here and what your family has to do?

52. Adonis thought back, he recalled a time when he was
about nine or so and Oliver was helping him with his
homework, he was only half listening but some of it
stuck:
Oliver: Now son you know why we're here and what
we have to do. Our job is to restore the God of
Peace and prevent Dalen from destroying the
worlds with his wars. It's highly likely that he'll try
whatever he can to stop us from doing that, I just
want you to be prepared for it.
YoungAdonis: So what does that have to do
with me doing homework?
Oliver sighed; "You have be smart and aware of
what may happen. To you this may seem
tedious and boring but it's better to have
knowledge of things in this world like history
and math so you can be prepared for whatever
may come."
YoungAdonis: Sure dad.

53. Adonis laughed; " So you're telling me I gotta take on the God of War to end this?That's crazy."
Demon Hestia had had enough of this. "You really think that's any crazier than you talking to a
figment of your imagination?"
"A figment that he put there. Not of my own creation."
Demon Hestia: So now you know who's behind this, but it's not only Dalen that you need to stop,
it's Batalia too. She's pulling his strings behind the scenes.
"Two gods at once? Are you nuts?They'd kill me."

54. She disappeared after that leaving him alone with only these few final words:
Demon Hestia:You have your answers, now it's up to you what you'll do with them.
"So when I go to sleep from now on, will I actually be able to rest?"
Demon Hestia: Not until you stop the Furies from tormenting you and your twin.
"Wait, Daph too? Now that's low."
Demon Hestia: Good luck little brother.

55. While he had the answers he was looking for, he was
still a little peeved that Daph didn't tell him she was
having nightmares too. Just after his son was born, she
showed up on his doorstep with luggage in hand and a
defeated look on her face. He didn't figure it out then,
but after what Demon Hestia had told him, it made
sense. She was suffering like he was and somehow he
knew that, call it twin-tuition or whatever. He
welcomed her with open arms of course, he would
never turn her away. Both him and Daphne found the
living arrangements beneficial, they both topped their
careers easily. He had become the RockGod he decided
to become afterJunior year and she topped the Criminal
Underworld.
Daphne: So now we both go to work together and come
home together at the same time.
"Same hours too. Funny how that works out huh?"
Daphne:Twins really do everything together don't they?

56. On her next day off, she called Reias over. She missed him a lot and it was also about time to tell him
why she hadn't called him over sooner.
"So you see why I haven't been calling you much."
Reias: Daphne, why didn't you tell me sooner? I would have helped you out you know that.
"I dunno, call it a matter of pride. I didn't want to bother you with my petty little mortal issues."
Reias: Daph, that hurts. I love you and just because I'm a god doesn't mean I don't care about you
or your problems. I'm far from being the type of god my parents were in ancient times.

57. "I'm sorry, it's programming I suppose. Gods are all seeing, all knowing, superior beings to us,
we've always been taught that."
Reias: That doesn't make it right. Most other gods would expect that from mortals but I don't; I
hate being treated like some superior creature that doesn't care about anything or anyone other
than myself. I've wanted to be a part of the mortals' lives, interact with them, but they feared
me, even hated me do you have any idea what that's like?
"No, I don't. I can't imagine how that would feel."
He turned to her, while she still could see the hurt in his beautiful golden green eyes, there was also
love there and something else she missed too, lust.

58. "I'm sorry I was so stupid about this, I love you Reias I didn't mean to hurt you."
Reias: I know. I love you too Daphne.
"Reias?"
Reias: Hmm?
"What was that music I just heard?"
Reias: I don't know, but I bet it's something wonderful.

59. It didn't take her long to figure it out though, with the constant trips to the porcelain bowl
and not being able to keep her food down, she knew.
"I'm so glad you're here!! I have amazing news!!"
Reias:What's that?
Daphne smiled; "I'm pregnant."

60. The joy in his eyes made her smile wider, it was the most amazing thing in the world to him. And
she couldn't be happier either, she loved him and having his child would only help to solidify their
bond even more.
"I hope this baby knows how much you want it."
Reias: Daphne, you have no idea how much I do.This child, it's all I could ever want.
"Even though it will be a half god like some of the others in this city?"

61. Reias looked up at her; " I promise you Daphne, our child will not have the same
upbringing that many of the half gods in this city did. I will never abandon you or the
child.And I will never let anything happen to you either.
"I know; I believe you will be there."

62. As soon as she began to show, it was time for little Sebastian to become a toddler. Adonis
had to be at work so it was only Jade and Daphne there to celebrate.
"Are you sure you wouldn't rather be the one doing this?"
Jade: No, it's okay.You can if you want.
"Alright, if you say so."

63. Daphne learned how painful it can be to be pregnant a few days after Sebastian's
birthday but despite the pain she knew that this child would be special.
"JAADDEEEE!!! HELP!!!"
Jade: Okay, relax sis, spin and breathe...spin and breathe...
*whine* "How did you do this?"

64. It was over pretty quickly for her and once when she laid eyes on her new baby girl, she
knew all that pain was worth it. She loved that fact that she had her daddy's golden
green eyes and her hair, she was the perfect mix of both of them.
Jade: Oh Daph, she's beautiful.What are you going to call her?
Daphne smiled and cuddled her daughter; "Callie. Callie Reed."

65. Jade went on about how great it was going to be for Sebastian to have a playmate here, how
wonderful it was that he was going to grow up close to his cousin, but in the back of Daphne's mind
she wondered about Callie. She was a half god; and half gods are known to have powers and
abilities that they inherited from their godly parent. Reias is the son of Hades, the God of Dead and
Persephone the Goddess of Spring. With the two conflicting powers of life and death within her,
which would be the more dominate part? And would she face the same kind of problems that Reias
had as a child, mortals fearing her because of what she was. Daphne couldn't bear the thought of
that happening to her baby girl, so for the time being she pushed it away. Right now she had a new
life to care for and raise.

66. Meanwhile, back at the main house Roxie's twins Lila and Liam had joined Dion in the
world of childhood. He finally had someone his own age to play with at home. Lila's first
choice of clothing was not something Roxie thought she should be wearing and she told
her and Liam to go and change into something more appropriate.

67. Liam: But mommy, what's wrong with this?
Roxie: Nothing really but I bought you some new clothes for your birthday.
Liam: Oh, alright.

68. Dion: I'm gonna win this time Lila.
Lila: Nuh-uh I rule at Mary Mack cousin!!
Dion:We'll see...
Lila: Miss Mary Mack, Mack, Mack. All dressed in Black, Black, Black....

69. While the kids played, Roxie went out to meet the Headmaster. She had expressed a
desire to see her kids in private school before she told her brother she was moving out
with them. Alone she doubted she would have the most entertaining home to impress
him with, but here she knew it would work.Though it did bother her slightly that she was
using the legacy estate to impress him with but it was all for the best and she knew her
brother wouldn't mind.

70. Eddie: Rox, are you sure you want to do this?You don't have to leave.
Roxie: Little bro, you've done so much for us, helped me through a difficult time, but now that I'm
an Icon and the twins have their private school education it's time for us to go.You can't have
anymore kids while we're here and with what you guys have to face in the future you should have
some help if Dion ever needs it.
Eddie: Alright, if you think it's best. Just don't be a stranger okay? Call me whenever you can.
Roxie blinked back a tear; " I promise Eddie. Take care of your family. I love you."
Eddie: I love you too big sis.

71. For Dionysus, his cousins leaving made him sad. He had grown up around them and he
thought of them as his brother and sister. It was no fun playing King of the Castle without
a princess to save from the tower and a dragon to slay.
"Oh, this used to be so much more fun with Liam and Lila."

72. Hestia: Have you noticed how down Dion seems to be lately?
Eddie: I think he misses having someone to play with.
Hestia: Maybe...maybe it's time to have another baby? My parents had three and it's always a
good idea to have someone to count on if anything goes wrong, or gods forbid if something
ever happened to Dion.
Eddie: I must say that I'm not opposed to trying.
Hestia blushed and so did Eddie.

73. Hestia: Let's go.
Eddie:You read my mind honey.

74. As luck would have it they succeeded on the first try.
Dion:You mean it mommy?Truly? I'm gonna be a big brother?
Hestia smiled at her son; "Yes baby. Soon."
Dion: I can't wait!! I wanna show them the koi pond, and teach them how to fish, how to play
King of the Castle and....
Dion babbled on about everything he wanted to show his younger sibling, it warmed Hestia's heart
to hear him talking so enthusiastically about it.

75. One of the first things he said he wanted to give them was a nice picture he painted.
Oliver encouraged him to make his art, that it would be a great gift for his little sibling.
Dion: I'm gonna paint them so many pretty picture for their birthday.

76. He really had a talent for painting and it showed in the beautiful pictures he made.

77. Hestia: Oh daddy...help...
Oliver: I'm here honey you're doing fine.
Hestia: Oohhh....
Oliver: I always hate being the one who can't do anything.

78. Turns out he was useful after all, Hestia gave
birth to triplets.
Hestia: So it was you three who were
kicking mommy so hard? Welcome little
ones.
Alana: Well, what do you know?
Oliver: Three for the price of one.
Hestia gave birth to two boys and a girl, sons
Meliades and Nereides and daughter Oreiades. All
three kids had different hair colours; Meliades
inherited his grandmother's red hair, Nereides
inherited Eddie's blond locks and her daughter had her
black hair. It was a pleasant surprise to see how
different the triplets were.
Hestia: I have four beautiful children, I'm so happy.

79. Meanwhile, at theTemple of Ares...
Alecto: Mmm do you know how hot you
are Dalen?
Dalen: Gods no.You work for me and I
don't fraternize with the help, besides you
repulse me Alecto.
Alecto: Oh come on, how can you say
that?
Dalen: Back off or I swear I'll kill you.
Alecto: How would you do that exactly?
Dalen: Don't tempt me to try.
Batalia: Knock it off you two we have a
guest coming.

80. Batalia: Well, well to what do we owe this pleasure Death Boy?
Reias: As if you don't already knowTalia. I want you to call off the Furies, leave Daphne and her
brother alone.
Dalen let out a loud, bored yawn. "No."
Reias:You know full well that what they're being punished for wasn't even their fault.
Dalen:Yeah, and?
Reias tried not to deck him one, instead he clenched his jaw tighter. "You know who was really
responsible for Aleidra's death."

81. Dalen got up from his chair and approached him. "Of course I know idiot, I was there remember?
But the fact that their family is going to restore Diamos's power in this world if allowed to live, is
something I DO NOT want!!"
Reias:You've lost your mind Dalen; you are not the man I once called my friend.
Dalen: Duh, it took you this long to see that?
Reias: I will fight you on this, both of you. I won't let you destroy their lives for your ridiculous war
rampage.

82. Batalia: Oh please, you and what army Death Boy?You can't possibly take us both on alone, even you
aren't that stupid.
Reias: I'm sorry you think soTalia; but you obviously don't know me that well if you think that I'm no
threat.
Batalia: Oh I know you alright, I know everything about you. Including your weakness for
mortals...especially Daphne.
Something in her tone set off alarm bells in Reias's head; what did she know about Daphne?
Reias:You touch her and IWILL kill youTalia.

83. Dalen:We know about her, and that baby you two made. How would you feel if they suddenly, I don't know,
blew up in a flaming fireball?
Reias: I SWEAR DALEN!!YOUTOUCH HER OR MY DAUGHTER IWILL MAKE SUREYOU NEVER LIVETO
REGRET IT!!
Batalia:Well you see our point then; unlike our parents we are not afraid to cross Zeus himself to make sure our
mission succeeds.
Dalen: Besides, we have far more at our disposal to take care of the other gods if they dare to step in our
way...you should know that.
Reias narrowed his eyes at him. "Oh I do, I know very well what you can do and I will remind you that I too
possess same kind of power to take you on."

84. Dalen leaned close to him and whispered: "That Crystalline Adriel of yours won't help
you if you can't reach it, but let me tell you I can certainly reach mine in a heartbeat.
You don't want to cross us old friend, take my word on that."
Batalia grinned wickedly, this would be fun.

85. Reias: How in the hell...
Dalen: I told you old friend; I know you better than you think. Because I think the same way.
Batalia: So now you know our plan, though I doubt you'll do anything about it with the lives of
your lover and daughter at our mercy. Even you can't be there all the time to protect them.
Dalen:You should probably go now buddy, before we have to hurt you.

86. The Furies, who had witnessed everything were beginning to wonder what was really going on.
Tisiphone: Alecto, what are they talking about?
Megaera: What did he mean by the one who's really responsible for the crimes in question?
Alecto: I am not sure sisters but somehow I believe we have been lied to.
Tisiphone: I should have guessed; they are the children of Ares andAres has lied to us before...
Alecto: I know; perhaps this requires some further investigation.We will remove the curses upon the children of
Oliver Reed, descendant of theGod of Peace until we can confirm these allegations of falsehood.
