“APPROVING THE FINAL SCHEDULE OF THE 1st GENERAL
ASSEMBLY FOR ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE ADVOCATE”
Be it acted by all officers of the English as a Second Language
Advocate (ESLA) of the Surigao del Sur State University-Main Campus in
Meeting assembled:

Whereas: the conduct of the ESLA General Assembly is a very important
opportunity in order to address issues and concerns with the
officers and members of the organization;
Whereas: it is very necessary to have a General Assembly with the officers
and members in order to establish coherent and harmonious
relationships most especially in the planning of activities and
proposals to be undertaken within the organization.
Whereas: the schedule of the General Assembly is done when most of the
members and officers have free time and no class by the
scheduled day of meeting in order to avoid conflicts of class
schedules and daily assignments;
Whereas: the final schedule of the said ESLA General Assembly will be on
July 6, 2016(Wednesday) at exactly 8:00 am in the morning at
CTE Building Room no.201. Provided further that the ESLA
Members/students will be informed after the letter of permission is
approved;
Now, therefore, after further discussions and deliberations, upon on
motion of Michal Agudo, Vice Mayor, duly seconded by Maricar Jamora,
Public Information Officer, resolved as it is hereby resolved to approve the
final schedule of the 1st General Assembly for English as a Second
Language Advocate. Resolved further that the final schedule of the 1st ESLA
General Assembly will be disseminated appropriately by the Public
Information Officers. Resolved finally that the copy of this resolution be
furnished to DR. NEMESIO G. LOAYON, Dean of the College of Teacher
Education, DR. JENNIFER M. MONTERO, Assistant Dean of the College of
Teacher Education and DR. EVELYN T. BAGOOD, ESLA Adviser for their
information and ready reference.
Adopted during the 2nd English as a Second Language Advocate
(ESLA) Officers Special Meeting held this 23rd day of June, 2016 at Room
201 of the College of Teacher Education Building of Surigao del Sur State
University-Main Campus, Tandag City.
