28. Prince Andrew Williams, Jr. of Obi Eziokwu Palace Ghana
Prince Andrew Williams Jr., inducted on August 1, 2020 by HRM
Eze Dr. Amb. Chukwudi Thenetu, Eze Ndigbo Ghana (King of the
Igbo People of Ghana) and the Council of Chiefs was born on
April 24, 1958 in Macon, Bibb County, Georgia. That was just
weeks after the All-Africa Peoples Conference was conceived to
include social groups, including ethnic communities and anti-
colonial political parties and African organizations such as Labor
Unions and other significant associations in the late 1950s and
early 1960s both in Africa and the Diaspora such as Europe,
North America and South America.
The All-Africa Peoples Conference was conceived to represent the position that Africa
should be returned to the peoples and groups, such as ethnic communities, from who it
was grabbed by colonialism. The idea was mooted in Accra April 1958 by John Kale from
Uganda. This was at the end of first Africa Heads of State Conference in Accra Ghana in
March 1958 that included Kwame Nkrumah, leader of the newly independent Ghana.
Prince Andrew Williams Jr. of Obi Eziokwu Palace Ghana lives a life dedicated to

29. The first African-born Prime Minister of Ghana, Kwame Nkrumah was a prominent Pan-
African organizer whose radical vision and bold leadership helped lead Ghana to
independence in 1957. Nkrumah served as an inspiration to Martin Luther King, who often
looked to Nkrumah’s leadership as an example of nonviolent activism.
It was a phrase accredited to Nkrumah that helped shape Andrew’s life on and after April
4, 1968 when Martin Luther King was assassinated and Andrew’s mother, Ruby Lee
Williams, sat down and with him “the talk” that most Black mothers have had to have with
their sons about how to behave when you are inevitably stopped by police, so you don’t
become another statistic.
However, in Andrew’s case, he was threatened and bullied by the same elderly white
female clerk at the corner pharmacy who had been selling Andrew comic books and
newspapers from other cities for many years, who told Andrew to “keep your dirty hands
off of reading stuff or you’ll end up like that nigger King”.
So Ruby told her son that he had been born in a place where people from Europe, in
another part of the world had traveled to Africa, where our people were from and brought
here hundreds of years before where they had killed and robbed the land from the people
who lived here first.
She said that when Dr. King stopped talking about civil rights and started talking about
human rights, the white people and government in America might have had him killed like
they killed African leaders because they were afraid they might have raised up colored
people around the world together, in what she called “the struggle”.
30. She told me to keep reading and learning all that I could but to make sure that I survived
to carry on the struggle as long as I could, but to understand that I could not do it with
hate in my heart for the Europeans or pity for the Indians because my life’s blood was
mixed together with theirs too. Instead my “struggle” was to find some way to reconnect
our different races as a family because, she said, at one time everybody on Earth had
come from Africa and that we are all one human race. “You are not an African because
you are born in Africa. You are an African because Africa was born in you.”
Well, I did keep reading and learning and was inspired by what I read in the Los Angeles
Sentinel Newspaper in 1973 to move to Los Angeles, where Tom Bradley had been
elected Mayor of a city with a diverse population from around the world that seemed to
be a place where I could find ways to connect those here with their families and networks
back home so that we could work together to make the world a better place.
After graduating from high school in 1975 I moved to Atlanta to begin a series of
management trainee positions in various sectors, including retail sales, security,
restaurant management, and the parking induction that helped me prepare for the move
to Los Angeles in 1980. My first visit was to the Leimert Park area where I opened my
first business address in Marlton Square Shopping Center – a few blocks away from
where the Los Angeles Sentinel would later be situated.
Little did I expect, a few years later to launch from Leimert Park the P.A.R. Referral
Network and begin writing a 100-page Entrepreneurial Survival Handbook that was
published in 1990 as the predecessor to researching and writing the PAR Export Trading
Company Executive Summary published in 1999, that motivated Global Business
Incubation’s Chief Researcher, Paul McDonald to become my mentor and inspiration for
the rest of his life and mine.
Ten years later, after my appointment as one of the first 200 Facebook Ambassadors by
Globcal.net, Paul appointed me as Zero Time Solutions Facilitator for GBI, GBI Emerald
Veterans, GBI.systems and Urban Futurists, introducing me to Bermudian Corin Smith,
GBI Chief Know-How Officer, who became and continues to be my key thought-partner.
Corin, in turn, recruited me as the only non-Bermudian member of the Emperial Group’s
Sanctum Think Tank which was incubated by RootCause.org in the development of the
Strategic Operational Understanding for a National Development System (S.O.U.N.D.S.)
of Sanctuary addressing grassroots solutions for Bermuda’s hard core and underserved
communities. We have since adapted the model for the Leimert Park and Crenshaw
Corridor areas of Los Angeles which face many of the same challenges.
During my trips to Bermuda in 2012 we devised “The Kwnzaa Accord” 50 year social
contract to reconnect the African Diaspora with the African Union’s Agenda 2063 during
and beyond this First Ten Year Implementation Plan 2013-2020, starting from the original
founding place of Kwanzaa, Leimert Park.
PROPOSED PLAN OF ACTION (USA, GHANA AND THE WORLDWIDE DIASPORA)
Leimert Park, the last African American cultural hub west of the Mississippi is also the
Diaspora cultural hub with many immigrants from the Caribbean and Africa. It’s subway
stations on the Crenshaw/LAX Transit Line opening in 2021 will for the first time bring
millions of travelers from the airport through this community, which can become either an
oasis for African culture or a fatal victim of the gentrification already occurring.
31. The Sankofa Passage and People’s Walk of Adinkra Symbols outside the Vision Theatre
could become major tourist attractions for Pan-African visitors and the area could be
developed with investments from Africa to make this a world renown center for African
culture on the West Coast, i.e, an “AfriKwanza” Renaissance.
With the right planning we could together do the planning and promotion necessary to
uplift Traditional African Leaders and culture around the world with Ghana and Los
Angeles being the magnets on either end through my role as Prince Andrew Williams Jr.
of Obi Eziokwu Palace Ghana by HRM Eze Dr. Amb. Chukwudi Thenetu, Eze Ndigbo

51. Generation Hip Hop Brand Ambassador Guidelines
Generation Hip Hop (GHH) brand ambassadors play an integral role in raising awareness of the
mission and vision of the GHH brand.
Brand ambassadors should always:
1) Represent GHH in a positive light that is in accordance with the guidelines approved by
the GHH executive committee.
2) Seek to initiate strategic partnerships with entities that share a similar mission/vision.
GHH brand ambassadors must be able to clearly articulate the GHH Global mission/vision:
Generation Hip Hop Global Mission:
Generation Hip Hop (GHH) is an organization of Hip Hop artists, educators and youth
development advocates empowering the global community to collectively change the world
through artistic expression, entrepreneurship, and education.
Generation Hip Hop is a global network of hiphoppas and youth development advocates
devoted to creating strategic partnerships with people and organizations who desire to change
our world for the better. Our vehicle is Hip Hop culture. Our fuel is that desire to drive positive
social change. Our power is the people.
Generation Hip Hop Global Expanded Mission/Vision:
Generation Hip Hop (GHH) is a global youth empowerment and development program,
initiated by the Universal Hip Hop Museum and the Africa Rising Foundation. The aim is to
establish satellite organizations/chapters under one Hip Hop brand across the world.
GHH will become an influential movement in the new global village. Youth of today
especially need empowerment through something they can relate to and believe in. GHH
aims to harness the progressive talent of otherwise disenfranchised youth into a collective,
dynamic, and productive international program guided by a central committee.
Initially, the aims of GHH will be to set up infrastructures that address what the world lacks
relative to our youth. Our network will enable us to design community arts workshops, youth
52. empowerment initiatives, cooperative events, programs for conflict resolution, hunger
alleviation, edutainment, and refugee assistance.
GHH is also designed to facilitate sustainable, vital, and transparent CSI initiatives. Blue
chip and corporate entities will have the opportunity to partner globally with GHH in
specifically initiated Cause Related Marketing (CRM) programs. This means that the funds
generated for GHH, through the partner will be acquired through pre-designed CRM
campaigns endorsed by credible and current personalities and organizations. These
campaigns will be influenced by our global reach and will be driven independently in each
country. GHH will perpetuate the Hip Hop mandate of Peace, Unity, and Love through our
initiatives and international network.
Guidelines for GHH brand affiliation:
1) Any brand partnership with another organization or event must be approved by the GHH
executive committee and the GHH Director of Development via expressed written
consent including email consent.
2) Brand ambassadors must submit a written GHH brand partnership/endorsement request
to the GHH Director of Development for review before engaging in any direct or indirect
brand partnership or use of the GHH name or logo.
3) GHH name/logo use on internet or print promotional/marketing materials must be
approved by the GHH executive committee and GHH Director of Development via
expressed written consent including email consent.
4) Internet or print promotional/marketing materials must be sent to the GHH Director of
Development for approval before being released to the public.
I, ___________________________________________ understand the guidelines for
Generation Hip Hop brand affiliation and will adhere to said guidelines.

The Honorable Andrew Williams, Jr
Global Ambassador

22ND
APRIL 2019
Dear Hon. Andrew Williams ,
LETTER OF APPOINTMENT
PANAFEST is a landmark biennial festival which is celebrated in the spirit of Pan Africanism and
the African Renaissance. Celebrated since 1992, the festival addresses the most traumatic
interruption that ever occurred in the natural evolution of African s ocieties- the Trans-Atlantic
Slave Trade. The festival consciously held with the most prominent European edifices through
which the slave trade was conducted as a setting, acknowledges the residual effects of the slave
trade on the Continent of Africa and in the countries which perpetuated it. The festival is also
aimed at celebrating the strengths and resilience of African culture and achievements of Africans
in the global context. PANAFEST is founded on the firm conviction that the arts are especially
effective channels for achieving these goals and creating a sustained interaction among peoples of
the global African world with the ultimate objective of consolidating their rights and achieving
their progress.
The 2019 edition of PANAFEST will commemorate the 400th
Anniversary of the landing of the
first enslaved Africans in the English colonies in North America. The theme for this
commemoration is “Beyond 400 Years; Reaching Across Continents Into The Future” to held
between 24th
July to the 3rd
of August 2019.. This edition is very importantly one of the main
highlights of the Year of Return declared by the Government of Ghana to open our country’s doors
to all people of African descent who wish to make a meaningful contact with the African continent
in this auspicious year and beyond.
As part of this year’s program, PANAFEST plans to host an International Hip Hop Pan African
Diaspora Family Reunion Summit in Accra.
54. This letter is to confirm that you have been invited to join the Advisory Board of PANAFEST
Foundation for the International Hip Hop Pan African Diaspora Family Reunion Summit. As a
member of the PANAFEST Foundation IHHPADS’s advisory board, you will have to advise the
PANAFEST leadership team on all issues concerning the organization of the PANAFES-T
Emancipation Day 2019, Year of Return Hip Hop Summit.
All advisory board members are required to be advocates of PANAFEST and Emancipation Day
2019, Year of Return Hip Hop Summit on social media, while seeking new opportunities to help
the Foundation to achieve its mission. You are required to uphold the Pan African principles to its
highest standard. Those standards being committed to promoting African unity at home and
aboard, excellence, economic independence, love and respect for each other and global peace. We
expect all board members to uphold these cultural standards in both their public and private life.
Any disrespect for these principles can result in the termination of appointment.
Congratulations on your appointment! Let’s start working together to change the narrative on
Mother Africa and people African descent. Let’s make the future of Africa and African people
today.
Sincerely,

62. 2013-2020 Kwanzaa Accord via Congress of African People (CAP)
Congress of African People (CAP), Los Angeles, welcomes the opportunity to engage with The AJ
Action Team (AJAX), in the promotion and implementation of these Kwanzaa Accords as they are
outlined in the document commemorating the 150th Anniversary, of the Emancipation Proclamation
extending the rights of liberty to African descendants impacted by the Holocaust of Enslavement.
Be it resolved, that we will work in concert with our Bermuda and Global Family to ensure the the
rights which were extended 150 years ago, are now, starting in 2003, given the opportunity of being
exercised and implementing in a more meaningful and substantive way. As African people, we affirm
our right of Self-Determination to shape a vision for our people to become free, proud and
productive.
Be it resolved, that the value basis for our unification are embodied in the Seven Principles (Nguzo
Saba) of Kwanzaa, Unity (Umoja), Self Determination (Kujichagulia), Collective Work and
Responsibility (Ujima), Cooperative Economics (Ujamaa), Nia (Purpose), Kuumba (Creativity), and Faith
(Imani). These principles have sacred significance to our people and struggle, in that they were
designed by our African Ancestors and passed down through the generations to guide our work and
contribution to human progress.
Be it resolved, that CAP applauds the efforts of AJAX for embarking on a path of Sustainable
Economic Development, Industry Building and Financial Independence which will serve as a model for
Economic Growth and Prosperity of our respective communities, the African continent and its
diaspora.
Be it further resolved, that CAP will work to assist in producing and promoting a program of Cultural
Restoration and Renaissance in the key areas of Fashion, Art, Music and Entertainment (F.A.M.E.),
based in the Los Angeles Leimert Park, (Pan African Village) Community and to coordinate our
activities and progress with our Bermuda, Diasporan and African Continental family.
And lastly, it is the hope and intent of all of these efforts, to create a New African Man and Woman,
conscious of their historical role, and who are prepared to step back on the Stage of Human
History, as free, proud and productive people.

order to move forward.
Similarly, the Washington, D.C. National Museum of African American
History and Culture celebrates Sankofa as a spiritual companion

The Sankofa Passage in Leimert Park links all Diasporans to African
traditions that reconnect the family, transcending language and location,
to commemorate the trials and survival of our Maafa (holocaust) through
the Middle Passage from the Cradle of Humankind in Africa.
Kwanzaa was developed 1966 – 1967 to “give Blacks an opportunity to
celebrate themselves and their history, rather than simply imitate the
practice of the dominant society. The first Africans brought to America
came from the area of the Kwanzaa River in Angola and the name derives
from the Swahili phrase matunda ya kwanza, meaning first fruits of the
harvest.
The Kwanzaa Accord elevates the survival culture of the plantations to a
transformational experience that celebrates our solidarity, creativity and
happiness to be together
The Kwanzaa Accord 2013-2020,is the inaugural 7 year campaign of
the a new social contract on the frontline of the global pursuit of
happiness. envisioning worldwide celebration of the Kwanzaa Principals 7
