about “thanks” and more importantly when was the last time you said “Thank you” to your customers. Let’s get
right to it.
“Thank you” are two of the most simple yet powerf ul words in business. My question f or you today is: When
was the last time you thanked your customers or your subscribers f or not only listening to you but also f or
buying your product’s and listening to what you have to say?
I’m not talking about an autoresponder sequence or some automated message. I mean an actual personal
message f rom you to them, thanking them f or being a customer and f or buying your inf ormation.
Here’s something I want you to try:
Set-up in your autoresponder to notif y you by email every
time someone signs up to your list or buys one of your
products and goes on to your customer list. Your
autoresponder will send you an email with their email address.
You can then send them a personal email thanking them f or
buying your product or signing up to your list or whatever
they happened to have done.
Now you can use a pre-canned response that you write
ahead of time and send to everybody or slightly tweak f or
each person or you can write a custom message if you don’t
have a large volume of customers.
Just thank them and tell them that you appreciate them taking
the time to sign up and that you hope to provide them with a
lot more engaging content in the f uture. You’ll be amazed at
what this will do f or not only your ref und rates but also your
open rates and your customer engagement.
