 Logo should convey activity, motion,
nutrition, balance, relaxation, life,
and recreation.
 Logo must look appropriate for use
on a T-Shirt and possibly
embroidered on a jacket.

4. THINK!
 Too many colors will not look good on a T-Shirt
and not convey the mission of the committee.
 Does your logo convey the purpose?
 Use limited text/writing with your logo.
 Don’t make your logo “busy” think simple
design and professional.
 Use what we’ve learned about color and and
line!

14. Getting Your Logo Started
 We will use Microsoft Word to create our logos.
 In designing your logo use Text Boxes, the Object
Palette in the Toolbox, and Word Art.
 Remember to use Paste Special when rotating Text
Boxes.
 Consider color and line when designing your logo.
 Save your document as: Last Name Wellness Logo.
 Once completed, make a PDF file of your
logo/document.

 You WILL Drop To Me your completed logo by the
end of class on this day.
 You have ONLY 4 class periods to complete this
project.
