that is used to accurately describe
the human body and associated
components, conditions, processes
and procedures in a science-based
manner.

specialists and supporting staff.
• Accurate understanding, and usage
of medical terms is of extreme
importance in the care of a patients.

• For converting a root or noun to an adjective {-

• Examples:

• Geriatric: person >65years old (elderly)
