Annotated Bibliography (Mid-Term Assignment)
An annotated bibliography is a list of sources that is annotated with a summary and evaluation of each of the sources. For this assignment, you will create an annotated bibliography that includes at least 5 sources that are relevant to your research paper topic.
A successful annotated bibliography adheres to APA format; demonstrates best practices in paraphrasing and citing sources; and offers original thought and analysis of each source.
Requirements:
For each article, fully and thoughtfully complete the following template (one per source):
Name of source
Detailed summary of article, including supporting arguments, facts, and data (where available)
Analysis of source (Does this source pass the CRAAP test? Explain.)
Reflection (How does the source help me to understand my topic?)
A complete annotated bibliography will have:
__ A total of 5 different sources, one template for each source.
- 4 journal articles
- 1 academic/scholarly WWW source
__ Each template should contain between 350-450 words, written in paragraph format. The bulk of your annotation should be contained in the summary section.
__ In-text citations when paraphrasing and quoting from the source.
__ An APA style title page
__ An APA style reference page
