2. This costume would be
worn by my protagonist
during the opening scene
when she is lying in bed
after a night of drinking. I
would want my actress to
wear a simple black dress
to represent that she had
gone out the night before
but also I would use the
colour black to represent
the depression she is
feeling. I would want her
to wear high heels to also
represent that she had
been on a night out and I
would want them to also
be black to match the
dress.
Protagonist (Costume 1)
3. This costume would be
worn by my protagonist
during the scenes when
she is in the
canteen/classroom, also
the second set of scenes
in her bedroom and the
scenes on the bench later
(the jacket is only worn in
this bit). I wanted
clothing that shows she
didn’t out much effort into
what she was wearing
and I believe this clothing
shows that because of its
simplicity and plainness.
Protagonist (Costume 2)
4. This costume would be
worn by my protagonist
during the scenes where
she is walking down the
street. She would wear
the coat because when I
film it will be winter
meaning it will be cold for
the actor and also
because I need to
costume to represent the
time of year my video
would be representing.
She would wear leggings
because they are typical
girls clothing.
Protagonist (Costume 3)
5. This costume would be
worn by my protagonist
during the scene where
she is trashing the
classroom. Again it is
very typical women's
wear.
6. This costume would be worn
by the protagonist in the
closing scene where she is
sat outside drinking and
again in the scene when she
is in the green room showing
her emotions because this
would be a scene imagined
by her in her head so she will
not be wearing something
different. I would use the
chunky jumper to represent
she is coming down from the
high of being drunk. I would
use black leggings as they
are typically worn by girls
most days, showing that she
is trying to represent
everything as being okay.
Protagonist (Costume 5)
7. This costume would be
worn by the performer
during all scenes her
appears in as they
would be all set at the
same time. I would want
my performer to wear a
plain t-shirt, preferably
white or black as well as
a jacket on top because
it will be cold during the
time we film. Also jeans
and trainers because
they are a common
clothing choice for men.
