WORK EXPERIENCE
Service Delivery Manager (temporary role Derby branch Allied Healthcare) coordinate the
day to day running of a domiciliary care branch for the delivery of care in customer’s homes,
including adult and child care packages. Managing staff and training, complex care
packages, staff disciplinaries, supervisions, appraisals, interviews for new care staff.
Care Co-ordinator /Allied Healthcare October 2010-Current employment .My job description
in my present role involves building productive relationships with care workers, customers
and third parties ,I am responsible for the management and supervision of care workers
,managing their absences and dealing with grievances, ensuring care workers are rotored on
appropriately, and staff hours are utilized fully .
I am responsible for the maintenance of client files ,ensuring records are kept up to date
,telephone contact with customers on a regular basis ,visiting customers, monitory customer
activity, allocation of care workers to customers, ensuring Field care supervisors are aware of
new customers ,responsibility for new customer referrals and ensuring new care plans are in
place ,ensure complaints are fully investigated ,and all paperwork is completed and
documented on cold harbour ,assist the branch manager with her duties .

I also chair staff meetings, attend regular meetings with commissioners, conduct
investigations, deal with safeguarding issues and complaints, coaching and mentoring FCS
Care Worker /care UK –December 2008-October 2010.
My job description as a care worker, was to care for the elderly in their own home, promoting
independence ,carrying out personal care ,domestic duties ,meal/drink preparation and
administration/documentation of medication.
Chef /The Crown Hotel –June 2007-October2008.my job description was to prepare and cook
food ,wash pots, ensure the kitchen was clean at all times and infection control was carried
out ,and all other general duties.
Kitchen manager /Virgin Gymnasium-February 2006-June 2008.My job description was to
manage the kitchen ,I was in charge of all ordering of food ,stock taking ,ensure all food was
in date ,I prepared and cooked food for customers ,Gymnasium staff ,and also prepared
buffets for large parties .I ensured all staff were following food/hygiene policies, and full
infection control was carried out on a daily basis .
