Estate Manager at Peel Court Assisted Living Development situated in Welwyn Garden City
I have registration with CQC as we are a registered Domicillary Care provider. I have overall
responsibility for the Homeowners safety and welfare, staffing and budgets.
We provide a small level of care hours as all the care is provided within the development not
in the community – we average about 50 hours per week, but I have responsibility in
ensuring the care is meeting the required standards, care planning, training of staff and
overall Health and Safety of the development.
I have opened a development from new and overseen the recruitment of a whole new staff
team and ensured the induction and ongoing support to them has been effective. I have also
been involved in other new developments inductions and supporting the staff team and
Homeowners on their new start in life.

I was responsible for the safe and efficient running of a 50-bedded Care Home, ensuring the
smooth day-to-day operation of the service and the safety and welfare of residents. This
