Location Recce - Unit 17

1. Location Recce
Location 1 – Bedroom

2. The bedroom is going to be a good spot to film because the short film is going to
start with the main actor waking up and showing his morning routine and then
his adventure to school. This is a good spot because there will be loads of shots
taken within the bedroom and throughout other rooms within the house but the
bedroom will be the main set.
Location 2 – Outside

3. As you can see in this picture, we will be filming some shots outside, most of the
shots outside will contain of the main actor walking from and back to school and
right at the end of the short film, we will see the main actor walking around outside
with his group of friends. This isn’t going to be the only spot that is filmed outside,
the other spot will be close to the main characters home which will be shots of the
actor walking to school etc.
Location 3 – Classroom

4. The main reason on why I will be filming inside the classroom is because in the
short film, the main actor will have a scene when he is in the classroom and
looking at other people interacting wishing that he was able to do that but he
can’t since he has social anxiety.
