2. Day 1 of filming:
• The first day of filming was pretty exhausting.
Me and Fatma met around 12. We met at
Finsbury park station, and for a while we waited
for the actors to come, however, they came
approximately and hour late, which meant that
we had to start filming late. This delayed our
time, and filming. We had less time, and we
didn't really have the time due to the fact it goes
dark really quickly. As soon as all the actors
came, we went to Fatma’s house. We first
started to do some videos of the cast, and we
then started to film around 1:30 pm/ 2:pm.
3. Day 1 of filming: part 1
• From around 2 we started to film the home
scenes which includes- the praying scene, fixing
headscarf scene, and the mum hugging scene.
4. Day 1 of filming: part 2
• We had a quick break and then started to film
the outside scene- alleyway scenes. It was
around 4pm when we started to film, we started
to shoot the main character leaving the house
and meeting her friends- which influenced her to
wear make up and change her clothes.
5. Evaluation:
• We had several problems when filming:
• Firstly, time was on our case. We only had two group members, which
meant that everything was done more slower.
• Timing was a big issue- we fell behind because the actors where not here
on time.
• When we actually started to film, we didn't really know how to take the
camera out of the tripod, as the third ember of our group did. So we wasted
time once again, as we called her to find out.
6. Evaluation:
• We didn't follow the story board at all- apart from some parts. I tried to get
some shots, similar to the story board but one of group members didn't stick
with it.
• Most of the time, the characters in the house started to talk to each otherwhich meant delays in filming. Everyone got distracted and I don't think
filming was a priority at that time.
• We started to film in the dark which was a huge mistake. It was around
4, so it got dark quickly. The footage was pretty rubbish, and lacked quality.
• It was really cold, this delayed filming.
• We ended filming around 7- all of the outside filmed were filmed in the darkthis does not match are storyline nor story board.
• We now needed to re film the outside shots,
