The document provides an evaluation of a student's short film project. 2. How helpful was the research
The research was very helpful because we looked at different
documentary and a tv drama called prison break. The documentary we
watched was called ‘making a murderer’. They both showed me
different camera angles and meis en sene.

3. Pre production
For my pre production I made a storyboard and a recce and call sheet
and though out filming we stuck to our storyboard we made sure that
we all knew what we were doing.

4. How was the filming of the production
(positives , negative )
The filming went well but their was many interruptions such as people
getting in the way of the camera. We all had a role and we all stuck to it
even though us being a group of 5. the genre convention that we used
was horror because we all had ideas how we wanted the film to pan
out.

Following the horror genre we looked at many different posters and
movie covers then we decided to how we want to shoot our short film
and also we all had ideas how we wanted the film to be shot

Negatives of the film
They didn’t understand the plot line and why she was running so if we
had to make it again we would give the audience a reason why she was
running.
Positives of the film
They also really enjoyed the bloopers they though it was unique and
different. The audience liked the idea of the character sitting on a
bench and the music really blended in with the whole story.

7. Poster feedback
Negatives of the poster are she was smiling so I should of changed the
mouth to make it more creepy. The font was not clear to read to
change this I should of given the title a bold out line and maybe the
title could have been black.
Positives of the poster are the different layers to form an overall good
poster. They also liked how the hands are coming out of the page.
