This action is addressing problems with low convertion rate and responsivnes of iGIPs in other
countries.
Description
In Katowice LCVP Marketing Aga Synowiec in synergy with LCVP oGIP Maja Wiśniewska created
mailing for iGIPs in Country Partners showing in a very graphic way EPs who are ready to
match. At the beginning there is information abour city and LC, than CVs. EPs are divided into
groups due to subproducts they applied for. Under each CV presented there is link to EXPA
profile.

COLLECT CVS AND EXPA LINK PROFILES FROM EPS
CREATE GRAPHIC MAIL, MAKE SURE IT’S NOT TOO LONG
SEND IT TO LCVPS IGIP FROM COUNTRIES YOU’D LIKE TO
MATCH YOUR EPS WITH

Since it’s a new initiative, direct results are not visible yet, but we can’t
wait to see them, we will update you about the progress!
Learnings/advice to the network
This simple solutions allows to better promote EPs in AIESEC network;
we strongly recommend implementing this kind of mailing in all LCs,
cause it’s definitely going to boost matching!
