This document summarizes a virtual pathology lab project at Cairo University that aims to develop a computer-based system to assist veterinarians in disease diagnosis. The system will use image processing techniques like pre-processing, segmentation, feature extraction and classification to analyze pathology tissue images and determine infected regions. It is intended to reduce the time and effort required for researchers' tasks and help the teaching process. The project scope involves developing a website for digital pathology images and diagnosing diseases. An agile model will be used with phases for planning, design, implementation, testing and maintenance.
