intervals.
 A planting strip of 5’ in width is required.
 Fence height not specified but shall be
limited to eight feet.

 ARB recommended approval with the
following conditions:
1. The Fire Department Connection (FDC)
be located in the front yard (away from
the building) and screened.
 Placement and screening shall be
approved by Fire Department.
