The applicant is seeking to develop a

Located at the southwest corner of
Grandview Place & Cleveland Ct. (Interior
lot).
Property originally consisted of the 2 platted
lots with 1 structure located across both
lots.
Structure was reviewed for significance and
demolished in October 2017.

Building materials are stucco and Spanish

website and a sign was posted on the
property.
