 CPS, SAWS, and Public Works have given approval of the
proposed replat in their evaluation of the potential impact on
utilities. Utility easements have been established.
The proposed replat meets all the technical requirements of
Chapter 17 of the Subdivision Code.
The P&Z Commission considered the request at their June 01,
2020 meeting and voted unanimously to recommend approval
as presented.
