SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND
The applicant is seeking approval of an SUP in
order to expand parking by 27 conventional and
2 ADA approved spaces.
P&Z held a public hearing on October 01, 2018
and voted to recommend approval of the SUP
as requested.
ARB held a public hearing on October 16, 2018
and voted to recommend approval of the
request.

Staff has reviewed the application and there
are no procedural errors in the applicant’s
submission.

There will be no fiscal impact on the City of
Alamo Heights.
All costs associated with this project will be
the responsibility of the owner.

 Postcards were mailed to property owners within
a 200-foot radius of the property, appropriate
notice was posted on the City website, and a
legal notice was printed in the official newspaper
of the City of Alamo Heights.
