City hired Interpool Inc. for leak detection
Environmental Analysis of the drainage outfall and
drainage option identified remediation could be
completed in-house
An estimated $80,000 cost savings
4. BACKGROUND
City is now ready to move on to Phase 2 of this
project and need to hire engineering design and
construction management services
Rosin Group had provided a proposal showing
they are a highly qualified provider having
worked with other municipalities on similar projects
5. POLICY ANALYSIS
Subchapter B, Section 2254 of the Texas
Local Government Code allows a municipality
to select most highly qualified provider of
those services on the basis of demonstrated
competence and qualifications
City Attorney has reviewed the proposed
agreement
