Operational Responsibilities
 Support and comply with the policies, goals, efforts, and programs of organization’s Health,
safety and Environmental (HSE) Management system.Ensure HSE issues are given primary
consideration in all activities undertaken within area of responsibility.
 Managing work permits as well pad operator, and ensure all precautions are taken for
maintenance activities.
 Responsible for Well site & plant activity of oil & gas facility of capacity 1,20,000 BOPD &
4,90,000 BPD water injection system. To maintain the oil production and water injection by
optimizing the well intervention activity. Injection of polymer to the injection wells along the
water injection stream to enhance the oil production.
 Testing the well through MPFM, preparing well test report and send to superintendent.
 Collecting crude oil samples and passes the Samples to the laboratory for BS & W Analysis.
 Familiar in well head operations,christmas tree operations, different types of control & shut
down valves.
 Report abnormalities and take corrective measures according to instruction from the control
room and Handling of Emergency shut down and startups with minimum loss of Yield.
 Checking and recording the field Log Sheet, Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report and
presenting the critical issues.
 Carry out routine checks on equipment for abnormalities and inform Superior for prompt action.
 Familiar with wellhead control panel, VFD Panel etc

 Familiar with Well isolation techniques ( BPV,TWCV, VR plug running and retrieval )
 Familiar with well integrity testing and flushing operations.
 Ensure dosing of chemicals through CI skid (demulsifier, corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor, H2S
scavenger) on time, collect and record the details of consumption and stock.
 Experienced in artificial lift such as Electrical submersible pump and jet pump operations.
 Following PTW system.
