1. 2am: the smiling man
The short film 2am: the smiling man is based on a true event that is created into a thriller. The
short film is about a young man is walking at the time of 2am outside in the street and a
strange creepy “smiling man#2 began to follow him. The location that was set in this short
film was only use throughout the shot was the street; however, the lighting and the empty
space in the street create a gloomy atmosphere. As the use of empty and silence street suggest
that if something has really happen no one could save him.
Audience
The target audience of the 2am: the smiling man short film would be anyone that who are
interested or looking for a very short horror/thriller film, which audience could watch the film
over the internet. However, as there are only two characters used throughout the duration of
2am: the smiling man, and the young man that are represented as a normal average man
which audience could relate into.

audience is that don’t say out late night at the street and be careful of where ever you are
going or go to places that is more people in. however, it also trying to suggest that don’t trust
anyone that look weird or strange as you will never know what will end up happen.

movie filming. However, it could also be the reason of raising investigation, allowing other
