Both libraries should adopt more ICT based library services.
17. CONCLUSION
ICT can offer real opportunities to improve the quality of
library services. The ICT has reduced the gap between
library services and learners or its users. In order to
extend quality distance education, we need to promote
library and information services to students and faculty
and this is possible only through the exhaustive and
proper use of ICT in library services.
