3. 35 year old young lady with 2 year history
of bluish discolouration of hands while
washing and exposure to cold with pain and
numbness of fingers. 3 months later she
devoloped multiple joint pain involving
small joints of hand with morning stiffness.
Since last 6 months she doveloped
skin rashes on th face,parotid swelling and
dryness of the eyes.She also noticed
difficulty in climbing stairs and getting up
from sitting position since two
months.Evaluated by a rheumatologist......
ANA positive.
Patient is doing fine
