1. • SWOT means our Strengths, Weakness,
Opportunities and Threats
With the help of SWOT analysis a person can come to
what is his/her strengths and weakness. And how
these strengths and weaknesses effects our
opportunities and which all can be threats.
SWOT analysis helps a person to overcome his/her
weakness and add more boost to his/her strengths

2. • Strengths :-
• Passed H.S.C from M.C.V.C stream with 50% marks.
• I’m having lot of patients and good control over my
language.
• I’m also a good swimmer.
• Right now working as assistant cricket coach.

3. • Weakness :-
• I don’t get up early in the morning
• My physical structure

4. • Opportunities :-
• As I’m H.S.C passed I can work as sales person.
• Having control over my language I can get a job in
call center.
• Having a good knowledge of cricket I can be a
cricket coach.

5. • Threats:-
• Due to my laziness I won’t be able to reach
important places at time.
• As I’m having a broad body that is the biggest threat
in my professional life.

6. • I think there are four factors which are important in
developing personality of any person.
1 Rationality:- Rational person is very wise, intelligent
and has control over his/her emotions. Every
person has some weakness a rational person can
overcome his/her weakness and convert it into
his/her strengths.
Ex:- During my semester exams my friend asked me
for movie I thought to go for it but I became
rational and made a quick decision and denied
there offer

7. 2 Empathy :- Becoming sensitive to others feeling.
Taking others people’s personality into account and
treating them with respect
Ex :- When my friend failed in his exams I felt very bad
for him. But then to he didn't gave up his hope I
liked and respected his attitude

8. 3 Positive Attitude :- It is the place where your
standpoints and viewpoints helps you to response
to different stimuli
Ex :- I have a positive attitude I have a never give up
attitude what ever the conditions are I remember I
was made captain and I was not knowing which
team I was about to face I didn’t got scared I made
a simple game plan and won the match by good
margin.

9. 4 Motivation :- It’s an action to put your self to do
something which you feel that it is right.
Ex :-

10. Emotional intelligence is a type of social intelligence
that involves the ability to monitor one’s own
intelligence related to emotions and also respect
other people’s emotions and use this information to
guide one’s thinking and actions.
Emotional intelligence can be categorized into five
major are :-
1 Self Awareness :- Reconigizing feelings as there
happen. Getting to know the self in relation to
feeling

11. 2 Managing emotion :- Managing emotion rather then
becoming an emotional hostage. Taking control
over fears, anger, sadness.
3 Self Motivation :- Choosing and guiding emotions to
achieve goal.
4 Empathy :- Becoming sensitive to other’s feelings.

5 Handling and building relationship :- managing
