PROFFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
A Military Logistics and Supply Management Specialist with over 30 years of experience
managing at all levels of the military supply chain. A former US Army Chief Warrant Officer
with extensive formal training and practical experience in the supply and logistics
management operations; in addition to operating many supply support activities I have
provided technical assistance and advice to staff and supported units from small unit to
national supply management levels. Led the Force Modernization transition for all wheeled

Serves as the Logistics Task Force (LTF) Deputy Commanding Officer (DCO) assist the
Logistics Task Force Commander with all related logistical operations. Develops,
coordinates and implements improved logistics concepts and directly tasks, coordinates and
sets priorities for over 155 assigned personnel, consisting of military, department of the army
civilians and contractors form a multitude of different contracts. Prepares reports pertaining
to plans, programs, activities and accomplishments. Coordinate and plan transportation for
theater provided equipment movements from location to location within the theater of
operation. Responsible Officer (RO) for the Regional Command (RC) North Afghanistan.
Responsible for the reception, deprocessing, preparation, staging and issuing of Theater
Provided Equipment (TPE). Manage and control the Redistribution Property Assistance
Team (RPAT) provide uniform procedures and guidelines for all customer units. Establishes
and maintains a close and continuous working relationship with field commanders of diverse
types of units ranging from detachments to Brigade Combat Teams. Supervises the

Started with Anteon Corp and then changed to Northrop Grumman. Trained both Soldiers
and civilians in the logistics' arena to become Subject Matter Experts with the World Wide
Web, Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) accounting practices. Trainer on the
PBUSE system for over eight years. Very knowledgeable in the functionality in all respect to
PBUSE, everything from Asset Adjustment, Lateral Transfers , Military Standard
Requisition and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP) Transactions, Administration Adjustment
Reports. All Reports and the Ad Hoc Queries option provides the capability to query the
database for information and generate tailored reports from information stored in the PBUSE
Module tables procedures. Responsible for disseminating functional applications of network
security, cataloguing, requisitioning, issue, receipt, redistribution, and the turning in of
various types of supplies and equipment. Monitors and reports export compliance and non
disclosure agreements during New Equipment Training (NET) and Fielding. Provide
Individual Key Personnel Training (IKPT) to a variety of staff and commander level

Unit Set Fielding (USF) responsible for tracking equipment from the Project Manager (PM)
to the unit. Worked issues with the Project Manager, conducting MTO&E scrubs to ensure
equipment and personal are listed on MTO&E. Ensured the displaced equipment is turned-in
IAW CORP Directives, working with the Property Book Officers (PBO) for document
numbers and ensured the paperwork flow is consistent. Writing Operational Orders, Warning
Orders and Fact Sheets to the 1st CAV DIV command group and staff sections of Brigade,
Battalion and Company elements. Coordinated with other staff sections to ensure
transportation, logistical and maintenance requirements are meet. Worked extensively with
Microsoft Office products to include knowledge with database management. Building a
property database for the utilization of G3 Force Integrations, equipment tracking, from
fielding, training and turn-in dates, tracked numerous Soldiers by MOS that attended classes
as well as the type of classes.
11/15/1999 to 10/12/2001 Spare Parts Controller, Pulau Electronics. Ft Hood, Tx
Fielded complete Simulation Equipment for Pulau Electronics Corporation Hood II with a
value of over 130 million dollars. Worked with Lockheed Martin Corporation, military
contracts utilizing the DD form 250. Analyzed equipment and forecast spare parts
requirements. Read and interpreted equipment requisitions, shop orders, and work orders.
Analyzed contract specifications and examine pertinent equipment to determine if
specifications are met.

10/15/1973 to 10/31/1999 Property Book Officer CW3. US ARMY
Property Book Officer responsible for supervising personnel, requesting and receiving
supplies and equipment. Advised commanders on all logistics and supply matters. Analyzed
and evaluated all levels of supply issues, submitted Continuing Balance System Expanded
(CBS X) transactions. Collected, consolidated, collated and submitted Department of
Defense Small Arms Serialization Program (DODSAP) and Controlled Cartographic Item
reporting (CCI). Forwarded reports to Logistics Support Activity (LOGSA), Control and
process Military Standard Requisition and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP) Transactions,
property book Asset Adjustments, and Lateral Transfers. Very knowledgeable in all aspects
of the Standardized Property Book System Redesigned (SPBS R) and Unit Level Logistics
System (ULLSS4), submitted Unit Status Reporting (USR), maintained the Report of Survey
Log. Monitor cyclic and sensitive items inventory procedures. My units came in first place
numerous times in the Supply of Excellence Program that was directly related to the
