Provide technical and operations support for DoD Fuels Manager Defense, all Fuel Automated Systems;
DoD’s above ground fuel storage inventory gauging systems.
 Support fuel ordering IT systems (PORTS, FMD, FES, WAWF, BSM-F) to DoD base customers;
required for ordering bulk and ground fuels. This support included initial customer account

creation, customer password resets, and in-depth analysis of system ordering issues for DoD,
contractors, and vendors.
 Support over 630 troops on base (customers) to ensure that base level customer fuels accounts
were reconciled monthly.
 Resolved both buyer and seller issues at all levels of the wholesale retail fuels process.
 An expert with FMD 6.0 allowing quick resolution for all possible problems which BSM-E
customers encounter during daily processing and when interfacing with the Fuels Enterprise
Server (FES).
 A FES power user; understanding all business rules required to process base level transactions to
systems of record.
 Provide analysis and create/run SQL scripts necessary to resolve billing issues with FES and the
systems of record that could not be resolved through standard software interface.
 Worked closely with commercial IT system and hardware vendors to provide warranty support
utilizing software and hardware expertise.
 Continually exceeded quotas for ticket response time and quality following guidelines set by the
government for service level agreements as they relate to updates and closures, utilizing Remedy
Service Desk Express (formerly known as Support Magic.)
 Possess outstanding communication skills and rapport with the DoD Energy customers.
UNITED STATES AIR FORCE RESERVE – AIR TRANSPORTATION 2005 – 2010
Air Transportation Apprentice
Responsible for servicing military aircraft (C-5A Galaxy, C-17 Globemaster, C-130 Hercules, Boeing 747
series, and the DC 10); in support of AOR Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Enduring Freedom
(Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait).
 Ensured fleet, freight, passenger service and ATOC (Air Terminal Operations Controller) ramp
controller, as appropriate, met arriving and departing aircraft to provide required service in
accordance with locally established sequence of events.
 Coordinated the movement of 4,362.5 tons of ammunitions over 372 days.
 Monitored the movement of AMC MICAP (Air Mobility Command Mission Capability), through
close coordination with load planning, special handling, and information control. Monitored all
AMC MICAP shipments from the time they arrived in the terminal until they were loaded on the
aircraft and the aircraft departed.
 Operated material handling and passenger service equipment.
 Coordinated and operated cargo loading and offloading procedures.
 Performed departing and terminating aircraft fleet operations.
 Assisted in preparation and maintenance of shipping documentation.
 Interfaced with flight crews to ensure aircraft cargo is properly prepared and loaded, meeting all
requirements for safe transportation and military standards.
 Coordinated air terminal/aircraft requests for service, passengers, and cargo.
 Aided in emergency relief, assistance and humanitarian programs.
 Moved 300,000 passengers and 29,300+ tons of cargo over 9,860 missions in support of OEF

 Monitored the movement of high visibility priority cargo through close coordination with load
planning, special handling and TACC/APCC (Tanker Airlift Control Center/Aerial Port Control
Center) prior to any deviations to planned movements.
 Verified loadmaster/boom operators alert time with CCC (Command and Control Center) and
ensured crews were briefed concerning explosives, hazardous, or other special handling cargo.
Provided the hazard class/division and gross weight of all hazardous materials; gross and net
weight for explosive shipments.
 Aircraft load briefings to the aircraft commander or designated representative concerning
prisoners and guards, couriers, numbers of pallets, load characteristics (overhang, rolling stock,
etc.), total tonnage.
 Finalized quality control inspection for all outbound general, hazardous cargo and passenger
documentation ensuring accurate information for down line stations.
 Ensured delivery of all final manifests to the aircraft and proper loading of passengers aboard each
flight in time to permit scheduled departure.
 Liaison between ATOC and Korean, Japanese and Australian military force.
