COORDINATED AND MONITORED ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES in the
Commanders Support Staff as a Federal Employee From 09/2011 – present.
• Managed the Wing conversion from the KC 135-E models to KC 135-R models by shipping and crating
over 100,000 parts in a 6 month period.
• Responsible for maintaining file plans and records in accordance with established Air Force and Federal
regulations. The ultimate responsibility for the physical and legal custody of all records the unit creates
or receives, regardless of the record’s physical characteristics.
• Primary point of contact for requisitioning of all office and maintenance supplies for the squadron.
Utilized the Government IMPAC card within spending thresholds for routine supplies that improved
efficiency. By forecasting the fiscal year’s budget and spearheading the requirements of each activity,
productivity and morale was increased with no wait time for resources.
• Leading resident expert of proper procedures for compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
Member of the Wing Inspection Team (WIT) to train, enforce, and safeguard sensitive information.
• Managed the Fitness Program along with acting as a Fitness Monitor by training and coaching
Wing Members in achieving optimal fitness levels.

• During my instruction I created the first of many hazard programs that would save approximately each
Squadron 1-2 hours per deployment.
• Created a Microsoft Word program to process each Squadron member’s Hazardous Declarations to
realize greater efficiencies in Military Deployments and making sure that Military Aircraft would not
miss take off times.
3. DEMONSTRATE KNOWLEDGE OF TRAVEL PROGRAM PROCEDURES AND PRACTICES for
over 150 members of the wing. Subject matter expert on the Defense Travel System ensuring orders and travel
are properly completed.
• Source person for drafting and publishing all orders in the Air Reserve Order Writing System
(AROWS). Developed charts and graphs to track amount of active duty days available as well as travel
funding. Continuously updates commanders and senior leaders on balances of funding and resources
allocated and available. Crucial tracking was needed during the federal government working under a
continuing resolution.
• Fully ensures all authorizations for orders are created for travel purposes to allocate money and ensure
the government travel card for the member is current. Oversee that the most cost-effective means are
being utilized to avoid fraud, waste, and abuse of government funds. Validates that all members have
receipts for expenses and that they are legitimate and uploaded into the DTS system for payment.
SET GOALS, PLANNED STRATEGIES, FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES scheduled and
coordinated work, and integrated planning efforts to meet organizational goals.
• Monitored a $200,000 annual budget with precision and accuracy, making sure
to detail all purchases throughout the year to allow for a year-end surplus.
This surplus was accomplished by recycling materials and limiting supply overages
all while keeping inventories fully stocked.
• Acted as the Approving Official for all Impact Purchases. Weekly reconciled each purchase for
justification.
• As the Wing Certifier, performed a detailed monthly bill pay for all Wing shipments through
US Bank (Syncada/Powertrack) System, double-checking each shipment to assure it was correctly
billed from commercial vendors.
• Responsible for managing all transactions such as requisitions, issues of warehouse stock, inventory
and turn in of reparable / accountable assets.
• Established procedures and controls for justification of equipment needed and ensuring the correct
funding sources are utilized using (FEDLOG) the military government catalog system. Utilized all
accountable records and documentation to validate expenditure of military funding.
• Performed quality control on all areas of supply management, to ensure that Air Force and DOD
regulations related to supply are being utilized properly.
• Resolved all inventory discrepancies including critical assets by researching all databases,
documentation, historical data and other forms of accountable records. Effectively communicated
with senior leadership on any and all discrepancies in case a report of survey needed to be accomplished.
Generated expert and knowledgeable after action reports for any inventory issue related subject.
• The singular point of contact for all assets turned in or received from the Defense Reutilization and
Marketing Office. Coordinated with the eastern DRMO representative to turn in over 50 million dollars
in property during the deactivation of the 108th
Air Refueling Wing with an accuracy rate of 100%.
This undertaking saved the government over 40 million dollars by reallocating assets to other federal
installations and agencies.
• The lead computer inventory specialist completing inventories of all assets on the installation. Computer
systems were comprised of various types and classification levels. Total systems were in excess of 900
desktops, 200 laptops, 350 printers and various other network assets. Total communication asset value
was 2.5 million dollars.
