Target, Norco, CA - Executive Team Lead - Logistics

● Manage all logistics and operations for a $35 million store.
● Motivate and inspire large teams to high performance of company strategies.
● Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates are
trained on logistics and company policies, standards and procedures.
● Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and
managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads in order
to achieve store goals.
● Lead and manage all logistics processes including shipping and receiving, freight flow
and replenishment, stockroom organization, space and inventory management, instocks
routines and property management.
● Analyzes sales and merchandise to identify and interpret business opportunities for each
department.
● Collaborates with Store Team Leader, Distribution Business Partners and Store
Transportation Support to ensure freight flow is accurate and scheduling is adequate.
